Special counsel Robert Mueller submitted his final report to the Justice DepartmentFriday, concluding his probe of possible Russian interference in the 2016 election without bringing public charges against President Trump.

A security officer from Mr. Mueller’s team hand-delivered the report to the Justice Department’s leaders, and Attorney General William Barr then informed Congress of the move.

I'm curious as to how long it will be before its released to the public?

The content should be very interesting BTA it was released on a Friday afternoon and you know what that usually means

The MSM already shifted focus back to their hero Cohen:

As Mueller Report Lands, Prosecutorial Focus Moves to New York

So more Stormy Daniels in the news cycle now that the Mueller report is a bust.

Don't they realize that what they're doing isn't working? Trumps popularity/approval rating is rising even after 2 years of all the negative garbage published by the MSM and spread by all the Trump haters.

Guess the old policies are still in effect "When something isn't working double/triple down on it, the right people just haven't attempted/implemented it yet".

Word on the street is he's not even been showing up for at least the last year at the office for the investigation, I guess being on the beach in the Caribbean is accomplishing more. ^_^

You just gave me an idea I can start one of those "consulting firms" to supplement my income when I retire for the 2nd time in October. Then I can hang out on the water fishing/relaxing :ebil: and periodically text in some "canned" ideas on how to solve problems the government created when they took the advice of another consulting firm that was supposed to fix a problem that didn't exist in the first place. Sound familiar?

My buddy a retired Army Aviation Colonel was in one of those 4 hours a week one VTC a week consulting jobs after he retired. Some travel to conferences.

When I retired and starting working for a group who trains units for deployment, I saw he was joining the group.

I said “what gives, you got the job everyone wanted.” He said “yeah working in my pajamas other than VTCs where I only had to wear a shirt, my own schedule and a lot more money.”

It comes down to he missed the daily interaction with peers. And when his wife figured out he only did real work 4 hours a week (she works full time) she started finding him things to do which consumed his days and kept him from the his hobbies. ^_^

So he took a pay cut and now works 40 hours a week with us and enjoys the interaction.

What will MSNBC and the late night programs use for material now?

I think they go back to Stomy Daniels. What do you think?

She's last years news, the rhetoric will stay pretty much the same except that it will be Mueller didn't look hard enough so we (Nancy and the HOR) will have to finish the job.

Looking back, I was in my early twenties when Bill Clinton was impeached. At the time I thought it was the right thing to do, but I was also by far more ignorant concerning politics, laws, and religion than I am now. Hindsight being twenty twenty, Bill Clinton deserved to be publicly embarrassed, but should not have been impeached. One can only imagine how many hypocrites in Congress were involved. The moral of the story seems to be, do it, just don't get caught. What kind of expectations should we have with politicians? Higher than doctors, lawyers, judges, and clergy? What should we expect from people pledging allegiance to institutions where religion is suppressed under the banner of separation of Church and state? In a Church, the sin of adultery should be grounds from impeachment from any position of power within the Church because the basis for the action is God's law and other teachings throughout Scripture. With that said, the basis for US government is not the Bible, despite the undeniable influence, courts do not make their decisions by opening Scripture and pronouncing judgments based on Scripture. Instead the basis is the Constitution and laws which rule our land. If Scripture were the basis and grounds, most would be very unhappy to say the least and things would be so much different than they are. In summary, I think Donald Trump is a sinner and will have to stand before God like all the rest of us, he will have to give account and answer for his sins. I hope and pray for repentance for him and the Clintons. This life as we know it is too short to waste it filled with hate.

New laws were enacted after the Ken Starr probe. He had too much latitude and the powers he was set out with were vast.

How did they get around them with the Mueller investigation? From what I understand Mueller had full access to all the time, money, and resources he desired, and unlike a normal investigation, no limits as to the scope. Scary like power in the hands of sinners eager to find something, anything that can stick. I fear something somewhere in his finances may eventually stick, it's not like he's lived anything resembling a perfect life. With that kind of power, any of us could be found guilty, with our lives under a microscope sifted with a fine toothed brush. If I were a guessing man, it will probably happen after his re-election, and he will get the Bill Clinton treatment, forever immortalizing him in history books. :D

The difference from the Mueller investigation vs Ken Starr is Starr reported directly to Congress. Mueller to the DoJ.
