I am assuming you are meaning you have stumbled in the area of sex. Very common for someone your age.

You said you have this "feeling" that God wants you to break up. What more do you have than a feeling? Our own conscience can make us feel guilty for no reason; and you have experienced that yourself.

Without anything else to go on, I would chalk this "feeling" up to the same thing: you are trying to punish yourself for something, like you did in that other situation. Your stumbling, perhaps?

Don't throw away a good relationship without a good and SOLID reason.

Whatever causes you to sin, cut it off for it is better to lose it here than suffer in hell for doing it. If you're not ready for marriage quit the relationship, it's not good for your Christian life when one keeps repeating certain sins. Needing sex is a good reason to get married, everything changes about sex when it's done with your spouse, it becomes legit and no more a sin
