Hello and welcome to CF.
There is no way that people who do not know you (all of us) can tell you what it is.
It can be that God uses images in our minds to prompt us to pray for someone. However ... forgive me please but here are some red flags ... why do you come here seeking a name for it? If it is really from God, which it can be, God would be more concerned for his servant taking such a gift and using it to puff himself up, potentially falling into the dangerous sin of pride.
We should ask ourselves IN ALL STRICTNESS, allowing NO excuse for ourselves -- Why do I need a name for it? Why do I want to tell people what I'm experiencing? Why do I want others to think God has given me a gift?
God gives such gifts to truly humble persons, so that he doesn't risk damaging one of his beloved children for the sake of asking prayers for another one.
In the case of most people, it is much more likely the above possibilities can be true. It can also come from one's own mind, or it can come even from a demonic source - in both cases tempting us toward pride, thinking God is using us in some special way, and opening the door to pride and delusion. These are such serious spiritual illnesses that we must always be on guard.
If it were me, I would advise you to seek out someone very experienced in spiritual matters (and the false is much easier to find than the true) and ask them for guidance.
But we ARE directly commanded to pray for others consistently, so that we should all be doing. You are right in doing this, and no one need to tell you so.
Again, welcome to CF. Please forgive me if anything I've said offended you. (Though with that, one more bit of wisdom I was blessed to receive - when we are offended by someone, it can offer a huge clue to our own problems - that has helped me a great deal and is something I wish I'd learned sooner, and I might have heeded some very good advice I received at a critical point in my life.)
God be with you.
