There are a lot of good ideas here. I'd pay for an Orthodox channel for sure on TV or an online streaming service.

I don't know about the rest of your post, but this is probably a good idea. Or even scholars focused on EO topics but not necessarily from other traditions. People like Daniel Garza (he wrote a book a while ago on the Byzantinization of the church of Jerusalem that was pretty interesting), Sebastian Brock (probably the world's foremost living scholar on Syriac Christianity; it could be an interesting context in which to talk about the lost tradition of Syriac Christianity among the EO Chalcedonians who are now Arabized in the Middle East), Sidney Griffith (I think he works at Catholic University of America, and was once in training for the priesthood but is now 'just' a scholar and writer of several books on early Arab Chrsitianity), Amir Harrak (scholar on pre-and-post schism Christianity in Mesopotamia), etc. Maybe you could even dig up some archival footage of the likes of Irfan Shahid (Palestinian scholar on Byzantium and the Arabs, who published multiple volumes on that theme, as well as works on the martyrs of Najran, in modern Saudi Arabia) or other EO scholars who have since departed, if there is any. Y'know, something to show not just the beauty of your liturgies or iconography or what have you, but also the intellectual vitality of your tradition, and its value and interest to outsiders (part of getting the non-Orthodox who are flipping through the channels to pause, maybe) as well as insiders.

Orthodox kids cartoons about different Saints and events in Church history. Think Storykeepers, if anyone remembers it.
