They probably slipped it the rating so younger folks can't see it and be affected by the reality that abortion is atrocious. Those same people would probably say a pro-choice movie is PG.

The media is extremely unfriendly to anything pro-life that may get in the way of their narrative that abortion is the woman's sacrament.

Netflix has a series called American Vandal. The first series starts off with an unknown culprit who has spray painted penises all over the cars in the faculty parking lot at a high school. The series continues on as whodunit, with multiple students being suspected at varying times. Pure raunch, tasteless crude sexual jokes. That’s okay for our young people to watch. But not something about a pro choicer becoming a prolifer. American Vandal has a TV MA rating. Mature Audience only for penis art. That said, I watched the whole thing it was pretty dang funny.

Are we really surprised, though?

Also, I find it pretty ironic and sad that a teenager (or someone possibly even younger) can go get an abortion, yet they are not even allowed to go see a movie about abortion on their own.

Well, it was rated R for violence. As for the graphic nature of certain scenes, I follow Abby on Facebook and she said that, in her opinion, there are four graphic scenes and, to quote her post, "All four show blood and the realistic nature of abortion."
