Cheating is a trend especially at college, in fact most people have cheated before.

I am thinking is there really any reward to this?

No knowledge or thinking was required, so no skills gained. And it just seems like a waste of capability not learning anything.

And I would think cheating and plagiarism is a sin too.

Depends on what you're trying to cheat. Sometimes cheating requires going to pretty elaborate lengths to be successful. It can take creativity, critical thinking, and attention to detail to be able to identify and exploit loopholes (and get away with it).

Yes, but wouldn't it be better for them to succeed without cutting corners?
