If there are any who read what I post on occasion, this will come as a shocker. i am going to limit my words and let God speak.

In prayer the other night over the several responses to whether the end is near, and answering that it is all as it always has been, nothing special, nothing to see here, I questioned the Lord as to how to get them to see.

As the last syllable passed my tongue, He gave me an answer and it was simply a chapter in tbe Bible. I did not know it. But there was no doubt it was God speaking. You can do with that what you wish. Here it is, take it or leave it......

"Son of man, what is that proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth?

Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord God; I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the effect of every vision.

For there shall be no more any vain vision nor flattering divination within the house of Israel. For I am the Lord: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged:

for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord God . Again the word of the Lord came to me, saying. Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, The vision that he seeth is for many days to come, and he prophesieth of the times that are far off. Therefore say unto them,

Thus saith the Lord God; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord God."

Brother, as I said, whether one hears the call and responds, or whether he cannot yet hear, my sincere prayer is for all to find the path to enduring to the end. But first we have to wake up. And we don't wanna. Tough. LOL.

Look, if we think temptations are high now? What is fast approaching will take Christ in us to survive and it just so happens He is willing to do it for us! But..... are we hungry?

Most will not like this, but we are duplicating the scenario Jesus faced wtih Israel, and even worse, those prophesies we conveniently wipe our hands clean from as 'they are for Israel'. Well, yes and no. They are also for us, for they are us.

We have recreated religious splendor that would make the Pharisees envious. The same hungry sheep looking confused. The priests and prophets rule from vanity, money is alive and well in the organized church, and just like Israel, we draw near Him with our lips, but our hearts?
Brother, they are OURS till we die.

That guys, is concisely why this prophesy is for us. My hope is that every single one who reads this has a spark lit that will not go out. Let a hunger for more, for all God has for us.... and all God wants from us.

We can scoff and laugh it off, or we can at least be like the Bereans who sought God on tbe matter. Either way, it will not stop what God is going to do. He is going to bless us even if we fight it kicking and screaming. But if you really want to bless His heart, come willingly, undeservedly and unprepared. Just come. He is about ready to amaze us.

End times is prophesied by so many people these days. Each claiming to know the only truth.

My friend, it is not scoffing or laughing it off. No one here is doing that. What is being done is proper exegesis. Rightly dividing the Word

It is just not sound doctrine to attribute a prophesy that was for Israel and say it is for the Body of Christ today.

Absolutely, the world is corrupt, in some ways it is worse and in others it is the same.

But we cannot ignore scripture. We have been in the last days for 2,000 years.

I like this little saying:

Why, brother, does it seem you are teying to convince yourself of what you say.

There is no doubt that evil has always been present. What is different about today is that we are now beginning to reap the results of our sowing to the wind. The very earth we take for granted is groaning and hidong our heads in the sand will not make it go away.

I cannot make any see the difference here between our situation unless they are willing to look without their minds already made up. But regardless of whether or not any believe it, the end of all things will be coming more and more clear to us as time marches on.

Now is the time for all to get right with God, to flee sin and its ability to harden our hearts, to throw off the mantle of religious soul paralysis that things lukewarm is not so bad.

It is not the time to deflect from our Laodecian slumber and to point to others, or to other places in the world where God is moving. If He is not moving here in tbe west, let us not give our God rest until He moves upon us and awakens us to the truth that promises to set us free indeed and restores to us

Great saying. And who is doing that? What good is it to know what to do, how we should be living, if no one knows how to actually live that way? And truth be told, most Christians do not even want to live in such joyous anticipation. Such a mindset would cramp their lifestyle.

Who is teaching the sheep how to love as Christ desires of us, or how to live in the world but not be OF the world, and instead live victoriously over the world, the flesh and the devil?

As a whole, we are quite content to give excuses as to why such a life is not possible or to point to some one else, not near us, who seems to be. Do we not realize that when our turn arrives to give account to God, it will simply be Him and each one of us, and all the excuses for our contentment without godliness will melt away like wax hitting a blowtorch.

The truth is, it matters not if the end is in five years, or five hundred. We are called to live dead to us and alive to Him and until it bothers us that we are not, this sin still has us, that self still rules the roost, we will continue to misrepresent Jesus to the world and they will continue to call is hyprcrites.

The end is when we die.

Jesus came and conquered. It is up to us to follow His teachings.

I have daily struggles that i am trying to fight. I know that time is precious. But, i dont see it as an 'End Times' thing. I believe its more of a 'personal' thing. Not a worldly occurrence.

No, brother, it is up to is to try to follow His teachings.... and fail. And when we try with all that is within us, and see that no matter how hard we struggle, we cannot walk free indeed as Jesus promised us, we will finally reach the place that all will eventually come to.

And what point is that? The point where we finally see that it is not to him that worketh, or to him that willeth, but it is him that believeth who will mount up with wings of eagles, walking and not getting weary, running and not fainting.

It should concern us that all the promises that God has given us arecnot working in our lives. There is a reason, but until someone hates their own feeble efforts, hates their old nature, and cries out for real deliverance, all will be as it always was, as we wander in circles in the wilderness of unbelief.

People will seek signs of the Bible but refuse to notice how man has changed the environment which will kill us faster than any wars and the like. Not politically correct to point fingers at politics or the elite but ok to say the Adversary will do the dirty work.. Sin is sin and gain at the expense of others while destroying the earth is at the top of the list.

Millions upon millions.

Why? because preachers of Righteousness are all over the globe. They are not waiting for something to happen, they are operating in what has happened already.

Will He make a way of escape every time we are tempted? Yes.

Do our shields of faith quench ALL the fiery arrows of the enemy? Yes.

Will God actually CAUSE US to walk in full obedience? Yes.

These are His promises, and yet, at present, how few there are who are walking in faith, believing that He cannot lie?

All that is about to change. We will look back upon what we think were huge accomplishments for God and be ashamed at the meagerness of our results. Our God is fixing to roll up His sleeves and display to the world, and to His own children, what happens when faith in HIS strength overshadows faith in our efforts.

What is God planning to do then?

We are all stained with sin. Repentance is needed, again and again. Its a very difficult road we travel. Not at all easy.

They might say they try to put God's will before their own and love all neighbours as self but they occasionally stumble because we are still animals with animal nature.

In my opinion, you are missing the greatness of God happening all over the earth today.

Let me show you what is happening right now:

These are students at Rhema Egypt. They come from Egypt and North Africa to train for the ministry. Some will be pastors, other evangelist etc. They are so committed to Christ they risk their lives attending a Christian school in a Sharia state.

Should we ask them the question?

Do you know this place? Have you heard of it?

This is the Cave Church outside of Cairo. The Christians in this church have been meeting here since the first century. They are one of the main reasons why other Christian ministries can operate in Egypt. They were there hundred of years before Mohammed existed. Their member have lived and died for their faith in Jesus

Should we sk them the same question?

This is from just two days ago in Asia. It was less than five years ago that it was illegal to Preach the Gospel in this nation - these people are committing their lives to Jesus at their own personal cost in a lot of cases.

Should we ask them the same question?

It sounds logical. But does it line up with scripture?

Paul tells us we are dead and our life is hid with Chriat in God. Do we believe that?

Paul tells us that we are not in the flesh any longer and owe it nothing. Do we believe that?

God tells us He will not allow us to be tempted above our ability to resist. Do we believe that?

If all were walking in a semblance of victory with but an occasional stumble, I would say that is normal growth in faith. But when a brother or sister is caught in sin or self over and over again, and nothing is really changing, and the focus is not on Him in us but on us, with Him as our forgiver but not as our empowerer, I am forced to say that such a situation is not God at all, but it is us trying to "be good".

If we read the sermon on the mount, and 1st Corinthians 13, to say we are even trying to love God with ALL of our hearts and to love our neighbor as ourselves is blindness of heart personnified. And when the final choice is presented to us in our valley of decision, will we choose us with Him as our fire insurance, or will we choose Him to rule and reign over everything we are. That is the real choice before each one of us.

And when we finally bend our knee and bow low before Him, with full and complete surrender, to our amazement, He will not make us more miserable but in truth will make our joy become full, far far more than we have ever thought possible.

We MUST put off our old natures.... self love, self will, self reliance, before we can believe what He has prepared for us.... full and complete victory over the world and its baubles, our flesh and its desires, and the devil himself, who will be exposed for what he is, a liar whose sole goal is to keep each one of us from entering the rest that remains for the people of God.

Putting on the new nature God has for us is easy. Putting off the old one.... hating our old nature.... seeing it as the enemy, not an endearing friend.... that is the hard part, the part most will do anything not to have to deal with.

The truth is, most of us love us.... the old us. We may not like us too much, lol, but we do not want to do anything too drastic like offering it up to God, asking Him to take it away... forever, to make our death that He bought for us real to us, so that we can teuly walk in newness of life.

And yet that is what He offers us still, despite our unfaithfulness. Every true child of God WILL come back to Him and joyfully put on their new natures, and finding that walking in victory is bot a dream, it is our birthright! Glory!
