Appears to be the same holy days in Col 2. Sabbath is plural because there are many in a year since the context is year or annual requirements. Part of those requirements is the weekly sabbath. All these passages are lists, not words redefining one of the words. This is indicated by the use of comas.This passage doesn't limit holy days to feasts because it refers to ordinances. It was an ordinance of God to keep the sabbath because God codified it with His own finger on stone tablets. Look up the definition of ordinance. COLOSSIANS 2 is talking about the SHADOW laws in CIRCUMCISION and BAPTISM v11-13 then the MOSIAC SHADOW laws in
