Trump has 129 million towards his re-election bid

Robert Mercer has got the means for a lot of puppet strings. It's not in the least bit surprising that Trump has got funding. He panders to those who give him the $$$.

i'm more impressed that Sen. Bernie Sanders raised more than 4 million from more than 100,000 small donors in just half a day than I am with Donald having gotten what he has over the course of years with frequent rallying for it.

Hmm, maybe he didn't exactly "give" nuclear tech to the Saudis after all?

I would think if there was lots of support and President Trump was Sooooooooooo popular, he would only need a couple of bucks to easily win a second term…

Sure, the nice tax break for America's wealthy was passed by the GOP Congress. No "Emergency declaration" was needed. Only millions in campaign contributions.

I should read that book that has Trump’s picture on it about deals. Perhaps it would explain how spending over $100 million on a job for another four years that wouldn’t even pay $3 million is a good idea.

And it's hilarious to watch his supporters claim he was self funded. He raised more money than anyone other than Clinton last time, and has raised more this time. He is not remotely self-funded.

FWIW, my posts here were sarcastic due to expectation of claims on How Trump got the money. I could be wrong, but it seemed that may not have been understood.

When someone explains to him that he’s not allowed to keep what isn’t spent on the campaign (and it cannot be use for “legal fees” [that may have arisen from the previous campaign], he will decide to run anyways. (He’s making too much to walk away from such a sweet gig!
