on an ipad and can't find a remarks section?

By the Remarks section, I meant the area where you type your message...sorry for the confusion.
Not sure about ipad, but on a PC there is a list of features (like making the text bold, or changing the text color of your post) across the top of the section. The Smilies are located there...your ipad may have a different look.
