She is not incapacitated, but for some conservatives, it seems they really wish her death or concern troll about wanting her to step down. I would argue there is real concern if they would like her to be replaced by a Justice with the same ideological leaning. We already know the answer because we saw the removal of the mask by the likes of people like McConnel when Scalia died. They will destroy government to get the judiciary they want and that's the sad part.
I'm sure Ruth is fine and God bless her, but her inactivity and obvious frailty question the viability of the Judicial Branch as a solid governing system if you ask me.

Yes, I can see the concern all over your post. We literally had a Supreme Court that had an incapacitated seat (i.e., deceased Justice) and none of this feigned concern for a functioning judiciary was made in 2016. Save it, no one is buying it.

It would seem that (this time) your thoughts and prayers have been answered...

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Returns to Work at Supreme Court

WASHINGTON — Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg returned to the Supreme Court on Friday to participate in a private conference at which the justices considered adding cases to the court’s docket, a court spokeswoman said. It was Justice Ginsburg’s first appearance at the court since undergoing cancer surgery in December.

I eagerly await our right-leaning friends to praise God for restoring RBG to health and getting her back to work...

But can you imagine the full mental and emotional breakdown of the left if the President has the opportunity to appoint a third judge to the Supreme Court?

It would make his presidency all worth while.
Even if that was all that Trump got accomplished.
But, he has done so much more.

It takes 9 to make the SCOTUS function, yet there is a possibility to manipulate it due to the incarceration of just one member to the point that important decisions cannot find a resolution.
I doubt that Ginsburg, or any of the other eight, will be incarcerated but that would be grounds for impeachment, probably.

As an observation, I'm a little surprised that very few if any at all have even considered just how seemingly broken the Judicial system is in your country. Despite your distrustfulness of my sincerity for Ruths well-being -- that's fine, but it's beside the point if I care or not is irrelevant as to whether the Justice system is coherently functional with the other two branches of government.

I do hope she is doing okay, but I can't help but weigh up her past injuries and my grandmothers' experience as more compelling evidence that she is incapacitated than the empty claims of a biased news source.

Here are some interesting facts that make the alleged claim that Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 'incapacitated' plausible:
  • At 85 years old, RBG has remarkably lived a long life. The average life expectancy of a woman in the US is 81.
  • RBG was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in 1999. Although she underwent surgery, she never missed a day on the bench.
  • In 2009 February 5th, RBG underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer. Journalists offered a pessimistic look, "Odds are, Ruth Bader Ginsburg will not survive pancreatic cancer." Yet, she had beaten it and returned to the bench on February 23, 2009.
  • Ginsburg broke two ribs in a fall at her home in 2012. She returned to work the next morning and travelled later in the week to give a speech in New York.
  • In 2014 November, due to a stent blocking an artery, RBG undergoes emergency heart surgery.
  • On November 8th, 2018 she broke three ribs in a fall at the high court.
  • Her fall led to a CAT scan where doctors found on her left lung two cancerous nodules. RBG returned to work the next day.
  • On December 21st 2019, she underwent a left-lung lobectomy. This ended her amazing 25-year streak of perfect attendance.
  • On January 7th 2019, Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said the 85-year-old justice is continuing to recuperate and work from home after doctors removed two cancerous growths from her left lung on Dec. 21.
  • On January 9th, 2019 TMZ claims to have spotted RBG for the first time since undergoing surgery. No compelling footage or recent photos of her.
  • Because of the lack of confidence in the integrity of the mainstream media, #WhereIsRuth goes viral on Twitter.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. You may gloat that Donald will have the federal courts all sewn up if he can replace Ginsburg with a right-wing justice. But you can't depend on a judge carrying out your religious agenda just because he or she is a conservative.

In 1953 President Eisenhower appointed Earl Warren as Chief justice of the Supreme Court. Warren had been a hard-core right-wing Republican Governor of California. But as Chief Justice he went on to preside over the unanimous decision in Brown v. Board, one of the most serious blows an "activist" court has ever delivered the Right.

Unless their name Is Trump or Kavanaugh. Can't sneeze without killing a penguin in new guinea.

Spare me...
At least Kavanaugh's is qualified for his position. As for Trump . He's not at all qualified or trust worthy to be president.
