Did Abraham trust God 100%?
If yes, why he married his maid before Isaac was born?

Why Koran says Abraham sacrificed Ismael instead of Isaac? Who is right?
Yes he did and he "believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness". Though he made mistakes, he did take it upon himself to speed up God's process however, God waits until it is impossible, and then He does the impossible - so that no one is confused about God's role in the matter. If you look at the entire picture, both Isaac and Ismael serve God's purpose.
Since I do not read the Koran,I have no comment on your last question. The Koran was developed much later than the Hebrew scriptures which name Isaac as the son used to test Abraham's faith.

The beauty of the story of Abraham is that he started out with a heart for God, but his trust was not that great. Twice he put Sarah is jeopardy in order to save himself. Then he doubted the promise of Isaac. But the Lord shows His faithfulness in that He stuck with Abraham and worked with him, increasing his faith, making him a warrior, until finally he was willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. This is a story of hope and encouragement for all of us. God accepts us as we are as long as our heart is for Him, and will work with us to bring us to godliness and maturity.

And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. -phil 1.6

Here's the beginning in scripture:

1The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you.

2“I will make you into a great nation,
and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing. a
3I will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you.” b

4So Abram went, as the Lord had told him; and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he set out from Harran. 5He took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, all the possessions they had accumulated and the people they had acquired in Harran, and they set out for the land of Canaan, and they arrived there.

Genesis 12 NIV

I think that's amazing trust. You're 75, and you move to a strange land where you don't know anyone there...
