It's beyond me why we even have to keep making the point...Don't kill innocent/helpless babies.

I don't know, maybe it slowly crept up on people so they lost sight of whats really going on here, but in my view, there is something terribly wrong with people who kill, or condone the killing of babies.

That seems like a questionable statement. But if it's true, then I'm glad. Abstinence-only doesn't equip students with what they need to know if they do get into a situation where they're having sex.

The Affordable Care Act does not allow employers discretion on what is covered by health insurance and mandates free birth control for women( though not for men an obviously misandrous law.). So your starters were long ago met.

Update: Supreme Court will take up the case.

This is the first abortion case that will be argued since Justice Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch joined the bench, solidifying a conservative majority.

It is nearly identical to a Texas law that the Supreme Court struck in 2016. Back then, Justice Anthony Kennedy joined with the liberal justices to rule against the law.
