Why didnt God make us all in heaven?

As He did the angels? But even 1/3 of them fell without a plan of redemption for them. I'll settle with what I have :)

Gods perfect will is singleness but he knows we are but flesh. So in his perfect will we wouldnt exist?

I'd tell you if I knew. I just don't get how singleness fits in with us and angels. Maybe you can explain.

Single people dont have kids.
Go back up to where you said 'God's perfect will is singleness' and I wouldn't agree as in no time there would be zero population. Rather God said...
Genesis 1:28 NKJV
[28] Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

Why didnt God create an infinite number of humans?
Not logically possible?
For whatever it is worth, the question seems to imply that more would be better, or that the maximum number possible is better.

Fact is, God created for a specific reason, and made specific people for that specific reason. When Christ went to Heaven, to "prepare a place for us", I believe, it is us he is preparing. But even if I am wrong about that, we are being made into the specific member of the Bride of Christ that he had planned from the beginning.
.
Each one of us is unique to our position with him. He does not use replacement parts to make the original. He does not pick out of a pool of possibles to make the exact creation he had specifically planned from the beginning. And he will not fail to accomplish all he set out to do. There is no plan B or C.

What about the sperm that dont fertilize an egg?

That doesn’t negate the design, it just explains its defect. Sperm are designed to be fertilized, but will it fertilized is case by case.
