If I was in your situation, I would eat a snack to hold me over till I could get more food later.
Or I would find a group that meets later so I could eat first.
The third option is to take it by faith that doing the Lord's work will provide for your physical strength. John 4:34 NASB "Jesus *said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to accomplish His work."
Encouraging others is one of my ministries and so when I encourage others after a Bible study I am doing the Lord's work and I can rely on God to supply strength. Of course we can't ignore physical reality of the need for food. In times of faith the natural is superseded by the Spirit. Moses fasted 40 days when he went up on the mountain. Then he came down for a short time and then fasted again for another 40 days.
Skipping a meal once a week won't hurt you. And as your faith grows, you will be strengthened.
