Ahab is the king of Israel; he supposedly is grown and is by age a “full” adult. Now here he is pouting. While kids will be kids sometimes those who are supposed to be adults are kids as well. There are several character traits of an “immature children adult”... #D4Ldevotion #D4L #Christian

Well what is a child and what is an adult. One could say the brain develops in an adult verses a child. Also the adult gains wisdom with life experiences during the years towards being an adult.

Adam lived 930 years. And God is ageless and has infinite intelligence. Then perhaps we are all children?

Amen. What comes to mind for me is an out-of control 2 year old, where "temper tantrums" reign. All the symptoms highlight that age and a child that age that is prone to these displays of pure rage. They're quite tyrannical.

God, however, is gracious enough to do what is necessary, and chastise us right on out of that monstrosity, if we are truly His own.

Those who display this later in age need a good dose of God's own "reality" for their own sake and ev'ry one else's.

Thank you for this riveting study and meditation on this sunny and relatively mild Wednesday morning. my friend.
