I would say as a Christian pray for her and treat her with respect when you greet her. Be kind and show her what a real Christian man looks like even if it is from a distance.

As far as you being a man I would say stay away from her. That's my kneejerk reaction. I say that because it's easy to think you would never get caught up into anything sexual with her but the flesh is weak and the flesh will lie to you. So it's just wise to never be alone with her.

I used to work with sex workers, from street walkers to films and everything in between. I also facilitated "John classes". I just saw people. Some were more broken than others but people none the less. So don't lose sight of her humanity. When you can, share Christ with her. A little goes a long way.

Just be kind. Maybe be on the lookout incase someone tries to harm her and get her some help. Be a helpful bystander. It's a very dangerous lifestyle, even if it isn't in a violent or seedy situation.

I believe my mother did a bit of this kind of "work." It was with men she knew, primarily my father after they divorced, and the instances were few and far between.

what do you mean "I like her.."?

If you don't know for sure, stop gossiping about her. Treat her with respect, the same respect and behavior that you would treat any single woman who lived next door to you...be her 90 year olds, 35 years old, or 18 years old. That is how a Christian man would behave in this situation.

Any advice you offer will just sound sanctimonious. Leading by example will make you come off as boujie and stuck up.

Just quietly pray for her. There's no humanly way to 'fix' this.

WWJD? When he looks at or talks about her, "prostitute" is not the first thing he speaks about her. That is not the primary component of her identity in His eyes.

pray for her,pray for her not to sin anymore.

Have a nice conversation over tea about life with her. Maybe she will open up to you and you could have a positive impact on her.

For what it's worth, I might look into getting a security system. People sometimes turn to prostitution as a way to pay for drugs. Drug dealers, pimps, and johns don't exactly have a reputation for lawful behavior.

As far as judging her, she needs our compassion more than our judgment. Prostitutes are victims of a fallen society rather than a cause of it, in my opinion. Jesus probably sees her as the person that she truly is, or can potentially become, rather than a temporary and unfortunate job description.

You might want to treat her like a normal neighbor. Somebody that she can trust or turn to in an emergency, but I wouldn't recommend getting involved with her personal life.

does she know you're spying out the land? tell her that you will spare her and her house if she lets you sleep a night on her roof and she agrees to hang out something scarlet from one of her windows.

Your neighbour prostitute is more likely to go to Heaven than your neighbours Betty and Jim who have good paying jobs, decent house and a nicely grassed yard. The ones who say good morning and talk about the weather.

Yes, that's a part of it. The emphasis Jesus made continually is that of those who were hated in the world, the downcast, the sinners/"unclean", the ones who were poor and who struggle... these types of people often go to the loving arms of God to recieve grace and forgiveness. And while yes all groups can come to Christ from all different walks, they all have things in common that are similar to these principles even if they are not easy to see. But the ones who we can clearly see having terrible times in their lives, which prostitutes for the most part do, Jesus said come to me all who are weary and I will give you rest. He said come to me you poor, you downtrodden, you hated. He said on the sermon of the mount Blessed are the poor in spirit, those who continually suffer and have a bad emotional state, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

The comfortable and filled in this life will go empty, the empty and downtrodden will be filled and satisfied. That's in Luke.

I am not Jesus so i dont know what He would do but i would find out why she hooks. If its for dope then just live a Christian life around her and set the example and make her desire the lifestyle and maybe in time she can change.
If she is hooking for rent and food then offer to help her find a good paying job.
Reguardless of the situation be on your guard while around her. You may be feeling something in your mind and hart but never forget that her nature is to use you and take from you with no reguards as to how you feel.
