Deception has light in it--.This light that comes out of him is the knowledge of good and evil. In this deception of many colors and facets brings man kind into a state of slumber. Satan does not want man kind to be completely blind....He does how ever want man kind to see it his way....and not the bible way. Any time deception accured...Satan WAS ALWAYS USING THE WORD OF GOD! When He uses God's word to speak to any one..He always use's it has a sword to his advantage. He Qoutes God's Word from the knowledege of Good and evil in Him....Not from the Knowledge of God.
Our weakness is the devils strenght--our ignorance is the devils wisdom.
When we refuse to come to God and confess that we are lacking strenght and direction...the devil is able to manipulate us into bondage...and many times we do not know it....until we are naked and trying to sow fig leaves together to cover our weakness and our ignorance.
Remember never under-estamate the power of the enemy...and never over estamate your faith.

Jhon 8;44-Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

They also are the only race of angels who are mentioned in the bible as over shadowing the mercy seat...also are embroidered in the walls and on the curtains...on the lavers and one scripture speaks of the Lord riding on the cherub.
