To get off an upsetting mental hamster wheel.

On this site I have often prayed for others, who asked for advice in certain areas, to get off the mental hamster wheel that was tormenting them. I have been able to do that myself, in the past, but am really struggling to do so right now with a particularly very concerning issue.

I pray for peace, to let it go, to just love and then later I will feel loving and at peace. But then maybe the next day or sooner I find I am back on that hamster wheel again, getting all upset. Please pray for me to turn it all over to the Father. Please pray for His will to be done in all of this and for me to get out of the way, mentally and any other way.

I am praying for you dear Sister, I am so sorry that you are facing problems in this area. You are much loved and appreciated by many and especially by God.
You are His and He will always provide, Never forget that, No matter how dark it seems, He will light the way.
I have to remind myself of this regularly as well.
