God's WORD says there was 10 commandments spoken and written by God alone on two tables of stone *EXODUS 32:16; EXODUS 20:1-17. The supporting laws and SHADOW laws *EXODUS 24:7 were written in the MOSAIC BOOK of the law DEUTERONOMY 31:26.
Why aren't you keeping them?

The goal of a disciple was to come under the yoke of a rabbi and learn from them how to obey the Torah by memorizing their teachings, by learning how to think and act like them, and by essentially becoming an imitator of them. We see this line of thought expressed in places like 1 John 2:3-6, where we are told to walk in the same way Christ walked, in 1 Peter 2:21-22, where we are told to follow Christ's example, and in 1 Corinthians 11:1, where we are to be imitators of him.
I see. Why aren't you memorizing the teachings of Jesus? Aren't you His disciple? I do take you make that claim.

In Deuteronomy 30:11-14, God said that His Law was not too difficult for us to obey and 1 John 5:3 confirms that the commands of God are not burdensome. Do you believe that all things are possible with God...except obeying Him? In Matthew 23:23, Jesus said that faith was one of the weightier matters of the Law, so obedience to it has always been about depending on God to guide us in how to rightly live.
Why aren't you keeping it? What did Peter say in Acts 15?

7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.

8 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;

9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?

11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

Ex 31:13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the Lord that doth sanctify you.

Where does the above verse say anything about all mankind?

Your Mk 2:27 is out of context or Jesus/Moses is lying. Take your pick.

You are confused. God's SABBATH was made at the SEVENTH DAY of the CREATION week *GENESIS 2:1-3; JESUS says that the SABBATH was made for MANKIND *MARK 2:27. Only God's WORD is true and we should believe and follow it *ROMANS 3:4.

I see. Why aren't you memorizing the teachings of Jesus? Aren't you His disciple? I do take you make that claim.

Who said I wasn't? And even if I were not, that wouldn't change the truth of what said, it would just mean that I would need to change my behavior.

Again, who said I wasn't? In Deuteronomy 30:11-14, God said that His Law was not too difficult for us to obey, if Acts 15:10 were speaking about the same law, then they would be in direct contradiction of God and they would therefore be wrong. In 1 John 5:3, it also confirms that to love God is to obey His commandments, which are not burdensome, so telling Gentiles not to obey God's commandments is the equivalent of telling them that they shouldn't love God. So take you pick:

1.) God was right in Deuteronomy 30:11-14 and the Jerusalem Council was wrong in Acts 15:10.

2.) God was wong in Deuteronomy 30:11-14 and the Jerusalem Council was right in Acts 15:10.

3.) They were not speaking about the same law.

My vote is with #3.

The yoke Peter is talking about, based on my studies, is salvation by works. That is why Peter says “we nor our fathers were able to bear”. Peter knows that we are all saved by faith, which is why he says that we are saved “by the grace of the Master Jesus”.

In Acts 15, Peter responds to the claim that “ye must be circumcised and keep
The law to be saved”, and Jacob(James) responds to the 2nd claim that Christians should obey the law.

ETA: the Apostles taught obedience to God’s law, they just didn’t teach salvation by the works of the law.

That command was given only to Israel as Moses says in Ex 31:13, 17 and Deut 5:1-3.

Not really. God's WORD in the NEW COVEANANT says that ISRAEL is all those who BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD. If we are not a part of God's ISRAEL we have no part in the NEW COVENANT promise *HEBREWS 8:10-12. Gentiles are now grafted in *ROMANS 11:13-17. So yep the SABBATH is still a sign of who God's people are *REVELATION 14:12; 22:14; 1 JOHN 2:3-4; 1 JOHN 3:6-9.

Indeed, what was the OLD COVENANT in your view and what is the NEW COVENANT we are now in?

Not a reader huh? I have been there.

Jeremiah 31:31-34
“Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke, though I was their husband, declares the Lord. But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people. And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

Hebrews 9:15
Therefore he is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.

Hebrews 8:13
In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

Luke 22:20
And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood.

Hebrews 8:7-8
For if that first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no occasion to look for a second. For he finds fault with them when he says: “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah,

Hebrews 8:6
But as it is, Christ has obtained a ministry that is as much more excellent than the old as the covenant he mediates is better, since it is enacted on better promises.

2 Corinthians 3:6
Who has made us competent to be ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

1 Corinthians 11:25
In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.”

Jeremiah 31:33
But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Romans 7:6
But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.

Romans 8:1-39
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. ...

Mark 14:24
And he said to them, “This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many.

Romans 6:14
For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.

Jeremiah 31:31
“Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah,

Hebrews 9:11-15
But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things that have come, then through the greater and more perfect tent (not made with hands, that is, not of this creation) he entered once for all into the holy places, not by means of the blood of goats and calves but by means of his own blood, thus securing an eternal redemption. For if the blood of goats and bulls, and the sprinkling of defiled persons with the ashes of a heifer, sanctify for the purification of the flesh, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God. Therefore he is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.

Romans 11:27
“and this will be my covenant with them when I take away their sins.”

Hebrews 13:20
Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant,

Matthew 26:28
For this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

Hebrews 8:10
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws into their minds, and write them on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Romans 8:1-4
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

Hebrews 8:8
For he finds fault with them when he says: “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah,

Hebrews 12:24
And to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

Hebrews 13:20-21
Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

Hebrews 7:22
This makes Jesus the guarantor of a better covenant.

John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

Ezekiel 36:26-27
And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules.

Hebrews 10:16
“This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws on their hearts, and write them on their minds,”

You do not know what made up the OLD COVENANT do you. If you do not know what made up the OLD COVENANT how can you understand the NEW COVENANT that the OLD Covenant pointed to? How can you not what the substance is if you do not know what the SHADOWS were?

Romans 7:6
But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive,
so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.

Jeremiah 31
32 It will not be like the covenant I made with their fathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt—a covenant they broke, though I was a husband to them,” declares the LORD.

34 No longer will each man teach his neighbor or his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity and will remember their sins no more.”

Jeremiah 31:1-40
... Thus says the Lord: “The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest, the Lord appeared to him from far away.

Hebrews 8:1-13
...since there are priests who offer gifts according to the law. They serve a copy and shadow of the heavenly things. For when Moses was about to erect the tent, he was instructed by God, saying, “See that you make everything according to the pattern that was shown you on the mountain.

Galatians 3:19
Why then the law? It was added because of transgressions,
until the offspring should come

Acts 15:1-41
But some men came down from Judea and were teaching the brothers, “Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved.” ...“It is necessary to circumcise them and to order them to keep the law of Moses.”

2 Corinthians 3:3
It is clear that you are a letter from Christ,
the result of our ministry,
written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God,
not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

1 Corinthians 4:5
Therefore do not pronounce judgment before the time, before the Lord comes, who will bring to light the things now hidden in darkness and will disclose the purposes of the heart. Then each one will receive his commendation from God.

Hebrews 4:12

For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

Exodus 34:27-28
And the Lord said to Moses, “Write these words, for in accordance with these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.” So he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights. He neither ate bread nor drank water.
And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.

Genesis 17:1-27
.. the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be blameless, that I may make my covenant between me and you, and may multiply you greatly.” Then Abram fell on his face. And God said to him, “Behold, my covenant is with you, and you shall be the father of a multitude of nations.

Hebrews 10:4
For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.

Galatians 3:23-25
Now before faith came, we were held captive under the law, imprisoned until the coming faith would be revealed. So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith. But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian,

2 Corinthians 3:7
Now if the ministry of death, carved in letters on stone...

Isaiah 59:21
... my words that I have put in your mouth...

Exodus 24:3
Moses came and told the people all the words of the Lord and all the rules. And all the people answered with one voice and said, “All the words that the Lord has spoken we will do.”

Exodus 19:5
Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession...

That's about half. Will that do?
The Old Covenant is:

2 Corinthians 3:3
It is clear that you are a letter from Christ,
the result of our ministry,

written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God,
not on tablets of stone, but on tablets of human hearts.

...since there are priests who offer gifts according to the law. They serve a copy and shadow of the heavenly things. For when Moses was about to erect the tent, he was instructed by God, saying, “See that you make everything according to the pattern that was shown you on the mountain.

Why then the law? It was added because of transgressions,
until the offspring should come

Acts 15:1-41
But some men came down from Judea and were teaching the brothers, “Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved.” ...“It is necessary to circumcise them and to order them to keep the law of Moses.

Galatians 3:23-25

2 Corinthians 3:3
It is clear that you are a letter from Christ,
the result of our ministry,

written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God,
not on tablets of stone, but on tablets of human hearts.

You did not answer the question. You do not know what made up the OLD COVENANT do you. If you do not know what made up the OLD COVENANT how can you understand the NEW COVENANT that the OLD Covenant pointed to? How can you not what the substance is if you do not know what the SHADOWS were?

ROMANS 2:1-11
Don't have what it takes to post your passage eh? I quote it for you and the readers -

2 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.

2 But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.

3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?

4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds:

7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

8 But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,

9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:

11 For there is no respect of persons with God.

This really applies to you. You don't keep the the sabbath as written in the famous 10. Essentially the same as you accuse me of with your usual unrepentant sin post.

Now how much trouble would it cause me to comment on every verse?

You could have just answered my question. But it's much easier for you to avoid that and condemn.
