How should I react when I have done no wrong but still the blame is on me?
The person also speaks ill about me to others but still I have ignored all that and want things to become normal between us. I even tried to take the first step and said sorry but the response is bad.

How can someone claim to be a good christian but does not have the willingness to forgive and right the wrongs they have committed?

1) Don't admit fault when there is none. Doing otherwise just gives them ammunition later, and they're going to make you own it long after you just said the words to smooth things over.
2) Take responsibility for everything you can truly take responsibility for, and apologize for any of that which was wrong.

I can't advise beyond that as I know nothing of the situation that caused this to happen.
