Are you tempting me, or are you not reading my post? Did I say that I do not use theology? Did I not say that I am not against knowledge but pure knowledge, that theories should not be your focus?

I am sorry, but it is not getting anywhere. If you can prove that I am wrong by directly addressing what I said instead of writing one-liners, by all means say it. I am happy to listen to reasons.

For starters we know God created the heavens and earth: Genesis 1:1 and that he supports the Laws he prescribes.

Rom 1:18 - The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness,

Rom 1:19 - since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.

Rom 1:20 - For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

Phew... did your theology tell you to apply theology to explain theology like this video? I am sorry, but it is not theological to justify theology+doxology is sufficient to know and understand God, for there are no theological proofs from the Scripture.

Anyway, the OP asked how to know God, and I guess I have explained my points clearly. I am sorry that I am making this almost off topic.

IMO, things that only a very curious person would want to know, for God is not there to satisfy our curiousity. What you need to know can be known from God.

And I honestly want to know why you asked this question? You do not need to answer if you do not wish to share, but knowing the things in the mind of the person asking can help us answer precisely what you want to know.

What can be known about God?
What He has already revealed.
