Yes, willing.

Why.

To protect our country and to stand with all of the ones that have had family members hurt and killed by illegal immigrants. Ones that would still be alive if we would not have let these illegal ones enter our country or deported them instead of letting them hide out in sanctuary cities.

While I can understand and agree in theory with supporting the wall, I would not be willing to give up two years of income to do so. I'm just thinking if I were one of the federal workers who is no longer getting paid (and couldn't get another job), two years without a paycheck is a very high price to pay for that proposed solution.

With what this country spends in one half of one day we could build the wall.

Seems a small price to pay.

Just the other day I believe Nancy Pelosi agreed to give five times this amount to foreign countries.

Let's keep some of that money at home for protection.

I agree. In fact, the interest on the debt accumulates so fast that $5B is trivial. My point is simply the fact that I would not be willing to sacrifice my livelihood for the ideal. And I expect I'm not alone in that.

Willing to support immigration laws. We should look at where they need to be strengthened to promote safety, economic stability/growth while continuing to allow immigration that will improve our society. The laws need to be enforced or they become meaningless, which has happened to much of our immigration policy.

I tend to think the wall is nothing more than an political tool pandering to voters.

I do not support the attempts to unilaterally change asylum requirements by Trump or to refuse to enforce the law as written. Asylum is not immigration, and it has a humanitarian purpose.

So I'm a yes and a no.

The question mark after your post leans uncertainty. Maybe check what Christ meant by His statement and apply it to this situation. There is no getting around the fact that there are brothers and sisters in Christ who are seeking the very love Christ attests as the only character in a Christian that knows Him. He never said it would be easy and it is plainly displayed in this OP. If you do it the to least , you do it to Me.

And try to save what's left of our culture.

And which culture would that be? Are we talking Native American, African, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Cuban, Polynesian, French, Polish, Hindi, Swedish, Greek?

I'm for securing our southern border by comprehensive means that make sense and that is not a 2,000 mile long concrete wall, which Trump has logically backed off on and good for him, or even a 2,000 mile long slated fence. Modern technology and man power can go a long way to achieving the goal that we need. Trump knows this and I personally think that is what he'd like to do, but he has gotten himself in a bind with his base, people like Ann Coulter who just uses others in his base to keep herself relevant as a political pundit.

Trump supporters who really care about his presidency succeeding and who REALLY care about border security that will work, with the least amount of damage to American landowners and wildlife, should be letting Trump off the hook with a wall, and encouraging him to do what he believes will really work. The guy promoting 'Space Force' isn't against the most modern technology. It's people like Coulter, those like her, and some of you that are holding this thing up and holding Trump captive to his campaign rhetoric.

Like I said before, if Trump and his Republican cronies were really serious about combating illegal immigration, then they would actively go after the companies who hire undocumented immigrants. If that were to actually happen, then the Trump Organization would find itself in hot water and it's highly unlikely Trump would approve of his own company being targeted like that and then investigated by ICE for hiring undocumented workers. He would go on the defensive to protect his own company.

When will you be shipping your share of concrete to help build that wall?

Buy American, huh? What about all the foreign cars that Americans love to buy and the electronics and gadgets Americans love to buy made by foreign companies operating in the United States?

18 foreign companies that Americans love

Number of U.S. workers employed by foreign-owned companies is on the rise

Soon as Trump wants.
And it isn't my fault other americans buy most things from somewhere else, Most everything is made overseas anymore because of the last presidents failures.
That is why we need to fix America and keep our jobs here.

I know certain people don't like it, But there are many of ole hillbilly patriots still around that were raised with good old fashioned morals and we will stand up for what we believe in the face of all adversity. ;)
