And why isn't he cooperating with the courts numerous requests for information?

Upon learning that then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe may have pressured Flynn into not having a lawyer present during his interview with two FBI agents, U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan demanded that the Mueller team turn over copies of their agent’s interview reports which are known as 302s. He has also requested McCabe’s memo from that date. He has set a Friday, 3 pm deadline for receipt of the documents.

The fact which draws perhaps the most suspicion is that the FBI 302s were dated August 22, 2017 which is seven months after the interview took place. The other interesting aspect of this date is that, one week earlier, now disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok had been discharged from the Mueller team

Mueller is competent. You've got Trump whining all the time about leaks from his administration. Well no duh. Trump's White House has the worst staff turnover in history, it's about as leak proof as a torn old oversized diaper. Mueller's investigation doesn't have that problem.

No one said anything about Muellers competency, only that he was not cooperating with the judge, and the judge had to make the request an order.

Nor did anyone say anything about the President.

Your own source says a lot about Donald. Lol. It made its bias perfectly clear. Donald sure does like to say a lot about Mueller, hence another reason it's absolutely relevant to discuss it. Yes, it is a matter of competency. Flynn's attempt to make him out to be some victim of the FBI is pathetic.

Read the OP - the President is not mentioned as part of the process. Great diversion from the fact that Mueller is NOT cooperating with the courts, but it is not the issue. Perhaps in his great level of competency, he can provide the documents as ordered. He is a special prosecutor - he has to follow the directions of the courts.

I read your source. Maybe you need to read it & then you'd understand why it's not a diversion?

The judge ordered both Flynn & Mueller to turn over additional investigative records btw.

I have:

U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan demanded that the Mueller team turn over copies of their agent’s interview reports which are known as 302s. He has also requested McCabe’s memo from that date. He has set a Friday, 3 pm deadline for receipt of the documents.

Why did he have to demand it - because the Special Counsel was not cooperating.

I explained that I thought the quickest way to get this done was to have a conversation between [Flynn] and the agents only. I further stated that if LTG Flynn wished to include anyone else in the meeting, like the White House Counsel for instance, that I would need to involve the Department of Justice. [General Flynn] stated that this would not be necessary and agreed to meet with the agents without any additional participants.

The agents did not provide General Flynn with a warning of the penalties for making a false statement under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 before, during, or after the interview

The fact which draws perhaps the most suspicion is that the FBI 302s were dated August 22, 2017 which is seven months after the interview took place

Judge Sullivan, it appears, is not blind to the numerous and troubling injustices that abound in the Flynn case.
Here is the one and only reference to the President:

Over and over again, they have violated the rights of anyone associated with him. (The President)

I did read it - and that is why I consider it a diversion at best.

Thanks for putting in that effort to prove what I wrote about the bias of the source & the relevance of Donald in bold. That was really nice of you. I get that you consider it to be a diversion, but it's not. Sullivan also demanded more documents from Flynn.

I am suddenly reminded of my favorite all-time cliffhanger serial from the 1930's, Flash Gordon Space Soldiers. King Vultan has been told that Dale Arden is fond of him, but he does not believe it. He is about to execute Flash Gordon and he tells Dale, "beyond this door we will know the truth". Well, my CF friends, it is now December 16 and in all probability we will know the truth of the Muller report within 4-6 weeks. So hang tight to your seats, for Muller's door will soon open for all to see.

Where does the article say the Mueller wasn't/isn't co-operating with the judge's orders?
When a judge makes a request he/she does it in writing by an order. Everything has to be documented, no judge in their right mind would do otherwise.

I hope so but the President doesn't have to release Muelller's report.

I thought that Congress would get a copy. If not, I am sure that Congress will create a firestorm over the matter.

You know, I don't think people should be pressured into not having lawyers present for interviews. I think we should have a law that prevents that. But I've seen plenty of recorded police interviews where the police do just that. If those folks can be bullied, why should Flynn be a special case? I think ideally we should have a law mandating an attorney be present for all interviews.

As I understand it the President gets it first, it could be so redacted before it gets to the Congress that it's not even totally transparent to them. Although, I think there are those in Congress who have higher security clearances than others.
I could be wrong but that what I believe I read a few months ago.

They just recently released the documentation from Watergate. But that is evidence, individual reports, tapes, etc.

So my understanding is that the final report goes to the AG, who then decides what to do with it. And because this a counter intelligence issue, the Gang of 8 has the right to read the full unredacted report.

It's legal for law enforcement to lie during an interview/ interrogation. I don't like it either and I agree with you. There have been too many innocent people convicted of crimes because they weren't represented when talking with police.

You can't make me believe the someone like Flynn didn't know it was illegal to lie to Federal law enforcement.
Is it illegal to lie to military law enforcement?

I don't think the police should be able to lie in interviews myself. They also shouldn't be able to casually mention that the jury might view it badly that you got a lawyer.
