I guess that your understanding of real historical and proven teachings are not credible to you
?
Now that is what is sad. Did you need more than the 10 to be credible my friend?

Do you need 20 or 30??? Just let me know
?

Both failed attempts at something

You cannot have Christ as your brother without having Mary as your Mother.

FALSE!

Galatians 4:4
But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law,

Mary was not Divine / Deity.

Luke 1
41 When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.
42 And she cried out with a loud voice and said,
“Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!
43 And how has it happened to me, that the mother of my Lord would come to me?
44 For behold, when the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby leaped in my womb for joy.
45 And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what had been spoken to her by the Lord.

I think his point is that people have no problem with Paul calling us adopted brothers of Jesus because they see that as a path to adoption by God. They focus on the divine aspects and deny the human aspects of adoption. To be adopted into a family means being adopted by both parents. So to become an adopted brother of Jesus means having his mother as our adoptive mother.

That whole thought process opens up a complete can of worms. One of the first things that has to go is the brothers and sisters of Jesus, who are mentioned several times in the gospels, even by their names.

... Whatever you may think of Marian apparitions ...

[1] that which 'appears' is not 'my' 'Lady', and thus to say 'Our Lady' is to include a person who does not desire to be included, as I am not part of this "our", nor do I recognize the "Lady" portion.

[2] having been born into and raised Roman Catholic 30 years (now no longer by God's grace), confirmed, etc, and briefly worked with a specialized ministry which specifically dealt with such appearances, visions, 'miracles', 'saints' and so on (of which EWTN stated, that they "were experts in their field"), I know from having studied and read such material, that it is actually satanically produced (not to be harsh, nor cruel, but simply stating the position). I also have 'Thunder of Justice' on my shelf currently.

[3] apparitions is based in spiritualism, and greek neo platonic dualism, for that is not how those who are in Christ Jesus ever appear in the scriptures (which is always a resurrected/translated and glorified form, and the only examples given in scripture of persons that made it to heaven outside of visions, is [1] Enoch, [2] Moses, [3] Elijah, [4] firstfruits, [5] Jesus and that's it humanly speaking, all the others who have died are in their graves, including the actual scriptural Mary)

2Co_11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel (messenger) of light.

Satan doesn't care how he manifests himself, man or woman, or just light. which are all illusory, an "apparition" with a 'message'. See the events with King Saul:

1Sa 28:12 And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? for thou art Saul.
1Sa 28:13 And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.
1Sa 28:14 And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.

That really wasn't Samuel, at all. It was the "familiar" (a deceiving angel, masquerading).

[4] the Mary of the scriptures is dead, buried, and returned unto dust, thus asleep in her grave/tomb until her time of resurrection, which has not happened yet. Therefore, Mary is not in Heaven, not glorified, not even alive (except as in Christ Jesus). There is a pretender/usurper mocking humanity, and moreso Christ Jesus and God, through these 'apparitions'.

[5] I do not believe Roman Catholicism to be Jesus Christ's system (though there are Christians in it), but is in actual fact to be the identified system of satan, as seen in Daniel 7:25; 2 Thessalonians 2:4; Revelation 13 & 17 and so on, known as the Mother of harlots (Again, this is simply identifying the symbolism, not denigrating persons).

... clearly they have lasting effects on the world.

Agreed, and without a doubt. It is the "lasting effects", as you say, that must be taken into account and considered individually and closely. Then it will be understood that they are not good at all as defined by scripture (KJB).
