My friend's mother, Flora, just found out she has cancer. It is just in it's early stages, so that's good, but of course we need prayer for healing, and prayer for the health care workers that will be helping in her treatment. Thank you. God bless.

Amen. I pray for complete remission of this cancer. I think some people on this site also suggest certain nutritional choices and even fasting but I'm not an M.D.. Just food for thought.

How are things progressing?

Flora has only known she has cancer for about a week, although naturally when they send you out for tests one is suspicious. They will send her out for treatment, but I don't know when. She is hopeful they can remove the cancer when they do some more checking. We do not have a hospital near that takes care of cancer patients.

I’m sure they are doing some research. And I hope when they find a cancer center they go and get a second opinion.

Cancer centers like MD Anderson work with patients of all means.

Praying they are led to a specialist very soon.
