I work for a large medical center in the Northeast where once a year we have to logon and complete various mandatory learning requirements. They cover anything from corporate compliance to a major terror event.
This year they included a learning on gender pronouns and how to interact with those who are transgender.
I watched the video and read the pdf's but felt a little compromised when I had to answer multiple choice questions asking me about Ze and Zir pronouns. The questions were framed in a way where I couldn't answer in the negative.
I didn't agree with the beliefs ideas being put forward but I answered the questions to pass the shirt quizzes.
For those asking what the heck are Ze and Zur pronouns.
Also there is Ze and Hir
I was left feeling a little compromised that I had to take these learnings and felt compelled to answer in the positive. I was never quite asked if Inagrred but the question were not opened ended and I had to answer a, b, c , d or all of the above.
I also noticed various behavioral health groups that are affiliated with the hospital have listed at the end of their email signature a blurb listing their personal pronouns. It smacked of virtue signaling and borderline infantile.
What say ye?

One refers to a person with ze and hir or zir typically (a) when their gender is unknown, and one wishes to avoid assuming their gender, or (b) when they are neither male nor female in gender, making he and she (and also either/or terms like s/he or (s)he) inappropriate and potentially hurtful.
Also there is Ze and Hir
“Ze and hir” is the most popular form of gender-free pronoun in the online genderqueer community, derived from the earlier “sie and hir,” which were considered too feminine/female-sounding since “sie” is German for “she” (among other things), and “hir” was a feminine pronoun in Middle English.
