Nothing more that this plain questionning..
Not so plain. Amnesia means loss of memory. So loss of memory about what? Their name? Their home address?Nothing more that this plain questionning..
Perhaps you are correct. For instance............If we refrain from witnessing, doesn't it obviously promote christian amnesia?
In order to estimate collectively how moral or not it is not to perform christian witness, about the Gospel, from a christian point of viewIf you don't mind me asking though, why did you ask this question on this particular board?
I only ask because your question seems most appropriate for the Christian's only ethics board Christian Philosophy & Ethics, but this one is open to all.In order to estimate collectively how moral or not it is not to perform christian witness, about the Gospel, from a christian point of view

I Don't know the meaning of this abbreviationIMMHO
32 Every one therefore who shall confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father who is in heaven.the only 'witnessing' that has any value is whether one lives life as Jesus instructed or not
IMMHO = In My Most Humble Opinion.I Don't know the meaning of this abbreviation
32 Every one therefore who shall confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father who is in heaven.
33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father who is in heaven.
My question becomes then: If they refrain from confessing Christ before men, is it worthy for Christ to refrain from confessing them before His Father who is in Heaven? Independently from any Following of His instructions in their lives
What's more, Always in Mt 10,
27 What I tell you in the darkness, speak ye in the light; and what ye hear in the ear, proclaim upon the house-tops.
Pleasant abbreviationIMMHO = In My Most Humble Opinion.
Living one's life in conformance with Jesus' Commandments does not 'confess' Him before men?????
Discuss Truth to make clearer some ambiguous WordsWhat more dedication to Jesus is there beyond doing as He instructs?
This instruction Indeed makes the doing and the speaking or proclaiming get together, whereas they aren't Always simultaneously valued on an equal and positive level ( Mt 23 3 all things therefore whatsoever they bid you, [these] do and observe: but do not ye after their works; for they say, and do not. ) It follows from those two pieces of scripture that one both have, IMMHO, to observe and speak Words. The second quotation does not make of the speaking Something to avoid
Hi Zephcom, there is everything right about a Christian living his/her life in conformity to Lord's commands, but how can such Christians, obedient as they may be, help anyone come to know who Jesus is (and what the Gospel is) if they don't use words to do soLiving one's life in conformance with Jesus' Commandments does not 'confess' Him before men?????
