They are paralleling accounts in Scripture. If you ever were unsure that Trump was God's man, the parallel is reassuring that he is.

“The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: He turneth it whithersoever he will.” (Proverbs 21:1) (KJV 1900)

This included Obama and even Hitler.

What makes you think most of the church is any worse off than your church?

Which church denominations call obedience to God a "work" and speak against it? Those are brainwashed by doctrines of demons. Which churches teach we will always be in our carnal nature until we die? Those are brainwashed by doctrines of demons. Which churches preach faith in Christ alone, without doing what He says. Those are brainwashed by doctrines of demons.

God will not be mocked. Only those practicing righteousness and holiness will see God. Revelation 22:11. Hebrews 12:14.

Don't be deceived. There is a heresy from Luther that you seem to be caught up in. He said, "Be a sinner, and let your sins be strong, but let your trust in Christ be stronger, and rejoice in Christ who is the victor over sin, death, and the world. We will commit sins while we are here, for this life is not a place where justice resides. We, however, says Peter (2. Peter 3:13) are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth where justice will reign. It suffices that through God’s glory we have recognized the Lamb who takes away the sin of the world. No sin can separate us from Him, even if we were to kill or commit adultery thousands of times each day."

That is a doctrine of demons.
What part of "No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God." did you not understand? Or is that a "doctrine of demons" to you?

Isn't that like saying everyone who isn't out building an ark right now is simply passing over Genesis 5:14-16 believing it was only for inconsequential peoples long past?
You don't understand that the wise BACs among us are building their arks right now as we (not speak but) write.

And the names written on our arks are:
"Chosen and called unto holiness!"

We are victorious overcomers in this through our belief,
faith, trust, obedience, practicing righteousness, and etc.

Obama/Jehoram (the rotten king) is the next king in keeping with his mentor's beliefs, and lets Ahab's wife, Jezebel/Clinton's wife Hillary remain in the castle (as Secretary of State). Even Trump's personality quirks are parallel with Jehu who was known for exterminating everything from the house of Ahab, and Jezebel is destroyed by dogs.

Even to the length of time in public office.

I'm not aware of any churches being like what you describe. If you go to a church that demonizes others, don't expect too much good to come of it. Christ shed his blood for those folks too.

"No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God."
The person who lives "in Christ" does NOT live in sin.
He does NOT deliberately continue to sin.
He CANNOT continue doing what is against His nature.
If he does sin, he quickly repents of it and is cleansed.
If he continues to knowingly commit some sin,
he is NOT "in Christ".
He does NOT know Him and He does NOT know him.
Only those who obey Christ and are pure in heart
are "in Christ", and will see Him and know Him.

Do yourself a big favor and watch this. I chose this one because of the length. There are many other's programs (Sid Roth, Jim Bakker, and others) that had him as their guest, but this one might include the most from his book.

Anyone can cut and paste scripture, applying it to a present day world figures or conditions. It is scripture, but disconnected from its original setting and context in scripture. If you know the bible timeline of the end times, it will knock much of this sort of thing out of the ring.

"Only those practicing righteousness will see God"
is handled with countless NT verses in this thread:
BACs stay righteous by practicing righteousness!

Note: one must be righteous in God's eyes
(at the point of his/her death) to get into heaven.
So, those who are wise will consider the
"practicing righteousness" verses!

Yes, I've heard all of that also ...
was it from Jonathan Cahn?
Yes ... I see it above now.

I think these "prophets" are focusing people on things they are emotionally connected to (tickling their ears) while lining their pockets. Things that won't matter a year from now. While all are missing the big picture presented by scripture.

A prophet who can point me to an incredible Scriptural and spiritual Truth (which I was not aware of) is of
value to me (and most probably to God as well).
I.E. Jesus called me to focus on the NT (not the OT),
so I'm quite sure indeed that there is much in the OT
that I'm not aware of.

What people don't get is ...
We BACs are all in the body of Christ,
and we are all dependent on one another.
Even God's prophets don't have God's
revelation on everything ... and they need
to combine their bit of revelation knowledge
together with the others to form a complete
whole of God's revelation to the body as a whole.

To straighten out the opening verse....

Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. - Amos 3:7

1. The Lord will do nothing concerning the families of the earth spoken of earlier in the chapter
2. But (not unless)... He revealeth his secret to his servants the prophets.

I say this because you have got to be careful of so-called prophets these days. There are many who confuse the unction of God with their own personal ego. Prophecies make the prophet, and if the prophet is operating under the unction of the Holy Spirit such prophecies are truth. But there are many who do not have the Holy Spirit and speak out of their own ego.

When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him. - Deuteronomy 18:22

Presumptuously.... In the Hebrew zadown, which is interpreted, pride, insolence, presumptuousness, arrogance.

The apostle Paul said just a little leaven (self-glory) leaveneth the whole lump. There are many today who speak presumptuously, and I would be careful who I listen to these days.

They all do this by cutting and pasting scripture out of context. The bible is nothing more than a big Rorschach Test for religious crackpots in their case.

When we had a plating department in our facility I worked under a chemist. This chemist was very smart and very good at math. When he laid out equations he did so in very neat handwriting and there would be much activity as he turned the results of an analysis into an addition. I would take his calculations and put them in the form of visual basic functions and sub procedures.

Of all the years I worked with this man I had one opportunity to witness to him. I made my presentation while he was analyzing adhesion under a microscope in which you could hear the sounds... Scratch, scratch, scratch! Scratch scratch, scratch! After my presentation he just continued to look under the microscope as if ignored everything I said so I just continued in my work. Then... The scratch scratch, scratching stopped! And he speaks!

"You know what I think it is?" He says while continuing to look under the microscope... "I think it is arrogance!"

And then, without taking his eyes off the microscope, he continues his work... Scratch, scratch, scratch! Scratch scratch, scratch! I did not reply but went about my work. Inside I feared he was right. In many cases religion can inhabit too much personal ego. The prophecies, tongues, and other things from which they speak reside in their own personal ego. And the personal ego is not the unction of the Holy Spirit.

Well, thank you ... but not just these days!
How about for the past 2000 years?
Paul warned the false prophets/teachers
were already there (in his day).

"I think it is arrogance!"
Yup, gotta discern between arrogance and Truth!

Didn't someone say something about Someone
teaching us "all truth" (musta meant spiritual truth).
And didn't someone talk about being led by the Spirit?
Methinks their names were Jesus and Paul (ITO).

Yes it is a work, it is justification by works. Proof:

Rom 10:5 Moses describes in this way the righteousness that is by the law: "The man who does these things will live by them." (Lev 18:5)

So Moses is being quoted from Lev 18:5. What does the context say? "You must obey my laws and be careful to follow my decrees. I am the LORD your God. Keep my decrees and laws, for the man who obeys them will live by them. I am the LORD." Followed by a series of "do not's". Do no commit sexual immorality, "Do not steal. "’Do not lie. bdeceive one another. ’Do not swear falsely by my name and so profane the name of your God. I am the LORD. Do not defraud your neighbor or rob him. "’Do not hold back the wages of a hired man overnight. ’Do not curse the deaf or put a stumbling block in front of the blind, but fear your God. I am the LORD "’Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly. Do not go about spreading slander among your people. "’Do not do anything that endangers your neighbor’s life. I am the LORD. Do not hate your brother in your heart. Rebuke your neighbor frankly so you will not share in his guilt. Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against one of your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD."

Thus justification by the law, which apparently many misconstrue as being the gospel, is in a large part a matter of not doing things. Those are one's works because those regard one's performance.

This in contrast to justification by faith apart from works, which Paul goes on in Romans 10 to describe:

Rom 10:6 But the righteousness that is by faith says: "Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’" (that is, to bring Christ down)
7 "or ‘Who will descend into the deep?’" (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
8 But what does it say? "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart," that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming:
9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
11 As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."
12 ¶ For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile— the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him,
13 for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

As for your reference to Romans 6, Paul is referring to those who are already save by faith apart from works. He acknowledges such people are no longer under law, but under grace and as such sin has no impact on their eternal destiny.

If you read Romans 6 you find that, contrary to the dogma of salvation by works Christians motivated out of trying to earn salvation by their performance, Paul simply gives rhetorical questions. That is, while those not born of God ask "Why not sin?", those who have been born of God ask "Why sin?". The difference is due to the regenerate nature such that "No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God." 1John 3:9 This in contrast to salvation by works Christians who can't be motivated to do what is right unless they're threatened with eternal condemnation, and even then they don't characteristically do what is right.

There’s a difference between thinking you can become righteous by your works and doing works knowing that only thru Jesus’ sacrifice are you made righteous. That is what Paul is talking about in Romans 10.

“For Moses writes that the law’s way of making a person right with God requires obedience to all of its commands.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:5‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Just because we are not made right with God by obeying the law or doing good works doesn’t mean that we can disregard the law and good works and still be saved. The Holy Spirit urges us to repent and do good works. This is part of walking in the Spirit and abiding in Christ. Both of which are in fact necessary for salvation but will not earn righteousness or salvation. Christ Himself will reject anyone who fails to repent and produce works whether they believe or not. Hence John 15:1-10, Matthew 7:21, Matthew 25:31-41, and several others.
