Looking back on my upbringing as a child of Christ that started in church twice a week and Bible study every morning followed by being "let out of my cage" so to speak when I was just about a teenager and then being lost in the wilderness of this world for twenty years or so before the Lord so graciously saved me, Some of these things that I have encountered and experienced might be helpful by sparking some flames and ring some bells in some fellow believers that they might have overlooked or never even thought of where these principalities and power are hiding and prepare our youth for spiritual warfare.
The church had never covered these topics not normally and curiosity kills the cat so lets give the cat the tools needed to make its own decision to live or die shall we:
Anything that you can think of that people "believe in" is distracting our focus, creating a layer of disbelief in our mind towards our savior more than you would ever think. here is a list of some of these things that intrigued me as a child to ask the famous word "why?" and just thought so hard and dug in dark corridors that can lead us astray,
Dinosaurs: This was a major topic in my mind. I was into dinosaurs, but the Lord never mentioned to us about dinosaurs in his word. the age of the bones never made sense. they were all way older than the Lord said our time was. All I was told was the flood killed the dinosaurs. Well, I didn't clear that mystery in my mind up till about a few months ago when I figured out about Lucifer (devil) and the fallen angels (demons) who came to earth. Doesn't say how long of time went by, which means that gave the devil and his minions ALL that time to corrupt the earth and all of its inhabitants including all those weird so called "gods" you hear about in ancient time all over the world. That cleared up ALOT of questions. a lot of things fall under this category. I do believe someone said in between Genesis 1:1-1:2 is when this all happened.
Giants: I did a lot of research about giants. Fallen angels(demons) mated with the women of this planet and behold giants. a lot of the these ancient "gods" were giants. Different names for giants are Ogre, Titan,troll there is more but you get the point.
UFO Alien phenomona: When I was curious about this topic, I was always told they were demons. Never ever did it dawn on me that with that should of been the word "spirit". I never ever put the connection between the two I thought of "aliens" as a physical being not a spirit. or ever even thought of it being part of spiritual warfare.
Ghosts: Growing up "Caspar the friendly ghost" was THE thing. Even a friendly ghost is still a DEMON. The devil himself can show up as a angel of light remember that and quote scripture on top of it.. Then you have people say "do you believe in ghosts?" well the correct answer is yes I do.. lets not forget that a ghost is a demon which is a spirit. I feel sorry for those curious people who are chasing after these things. where there is room for belief without a knowing of our Lord Jesus Christ there is room for a possession. A child of God can be Oppressed not Possessed. remember that. praise be to him.
Magic: Do you believe in magic? Yep magic too. wish upon a star.
There are lots of things to believe in. Yetti, Lochness monster, big foot, el chuppa cabra,.. when you say demon to a child remember to add spirit behind it.. I can not stress enough on how much leaving one specific simple word out can do.explain. and explain some more.
People would sooner believe in the tooth fairy and santa clause before our Lord Jesus Christ.
There are plenty other things in my mind and also my research the Lord has lead in my vision to talk about these are only just a few. These principalities and powers are in a lot of places no one would of even thought of. The dark demonic "energy" whether "good or bad" in radiating from all around us and people are consuming and filling their spirits with it without even knowing what they are doing blocking and distracting the avenues for the Lord to give us his precious spirit. The devil does not care about your free will. He will use fear and confusion, power and every trick in the book he has to back you in a corner and gain you soul to him. Be a smart sheep. Knowledge is power.
