so it is not up to us - and trump is trying to deal with sanctuary cities and state/local govs that do not even enforce the present laws

we can't - it's easier and more cost effective to build the wall - so when the illegals are deported they can't get back in

And you are wrong about the fines -- fines are not levied by the states, they are federal fines so the state cannot block the enforcement. Though, I'd propose with the eVerify system, that we have truly punitive fines for hiring illegals or non-compliance with the eVerify mandate.

Further, the wall doesn't help that much. First, eVerify would get the illegals here to largely leave -- they have no reason to stay if they can't earn money. the good thing about this fence in the picture is
1. it's way cheaper than the solid concrete ones - and
2. you can see through it - so i don't know -
3. it's better than razer wire and
4. it's 30' so that's more than 2x the height of the 14' fences that are being scaled now

trump only got 1.6 billion of the 25 billion he asked for

he is saving us almost 1 trillion in all the new trade agreements he made - so he did get others to pay for the wall - but we will see if he can get 24 billion out of the new house in jan

trump always has multiple plans incase 1 doesn't work out

interesting that we didn't hear of this wall til after it was built - so who knows what trump is doing besides the razor wire - he is probably building or refurbishing something with however much he has pf the 1.6 billion

That's where you are wrong. I'm not giving you an opinion. I'm stating the facts as we know them. The guy who mailed bombs to several prominent Democrats was a crazy Trump fanboy. He has made no mention of Madonna's speech from two years ago being an inspiration for his actions. All of his targets are people trump has repeatedly demonized and inspired hatred towards.

It's not hard to put this one together. You just don't like the picture it puts in your face.
