Heavenly Father, deliver this one from depression and despair and bring back a light to focus on. Bring back joy, and peace and assurance,

" I waited patiently and expectantly for the LORD, and He inclined to me and heard my cry.
He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of miry clay and set my feet upon a rock, steadying my steps and establishing my goings. Psalms 40: 1-2 In Jesus Name, Amen

You don't want to die, you just want to feel better, right?

Im not going to get into detail, but I have a severity of depression, anxiety, stress, anger and paranoia. I’m so, so, so sick, you have no idea because you don’t see me at home. It’s making me want to end my life.

But the only thing that’s keeping me from ending it is every time I feel the wanting to, I feel Christ’s presence with me. I even see the number 333. And well actually another reason is I feel God has a big plan for me, but I don’t know what.

I asked Him before, and I heard “missionary” but I’m not good at expressing what I want to express. I don’t know what to do.

I just really want this pain to end, it’s keeping me from being closer to God. Please help.
I'm praying for you! Years ago I battled severe anxiety and depression. One thing that really helped me was the Warfare Prayer by Victor Matthews. My pastor's wife gave me a copy. It's based on Bible verses, and I read it/said it every time the devil attacked me with fearful, anxious thoughts. You can find it online.

Father, Isaiah 63:9 comes to mind. May it be a comfort to this person, along with Psalms 30:5 and Psalms 30:11; 2 Corinthians 9:8 in the sense of providing for the needs they have, whether they are financial or otherwise. Amen.

God does not condemn You (Romans 8:1). God loves you (John 3:16)! God saved us even in our unbelief and ignorance (1 Timothy 1:13) and Christ died for us even when we didn't know what we were doing (Luke 23:34). His blood covers us and in Him we are made righteous. There is nothing you can do to lose God's love or your salvation (Romans 8:38-39) and I think this is a fear a lot of Christians have difficulty overcoming. Remember that the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness (Galatians 5:22). Believe what God says of you and your identity -- You are His (Galatians 4:6); You are chosen (John 15:16; Ephesians 1:4); You are loved (John 3:16); You are righteous (2 Corinthians 5:21); You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14); You are a child of God (Galatians 3:26-27); You are healed (Exodus 15:26; Psalm 147:2; Jeremiah 3:22 1 Peter 2:24; Isaiah 53:5; Psalm 103:2-3); You are saved (Ephesians 2:8); You are free (John 8:36; 2 Corinthians 3:17; Galatians 5:13-14); and so very much more. The Word of God is a living and breathing tool to be used for our comfort and teaching, renewing our minds that our lives are changed so that we are able to be used by Him so that we are able to reconcile others to Him as we have been reconciled to Him.

Along the lines of self helps there are also probiotics. Science is showing a strong connection between the gut and brain. I am way not a fan of psychiatric treatments, but I picked this link because it is from psychiatrists touting something you can take for depression, and other mental health issues, that is not from a pharmacy:
The Way to the Head May Be Through the Gut: Probiotics for Depression

I am not saying "Yogurt is the answer!" I have no idea what the cause or cure is for your dilemma, though I will pray you find that all out. I am just adding in some info in case you might find it helpful.

And btw if you do try yogurt - a cup a day is what the studies were done on- it has to show it has probiotics like lactobacilus and so on. If you decide to try kefir, go slowly. It has many more proboscis than yogurt and lasts longer in your body. But! If you have hidden intestinal candida overgrowth it can temporarily cause what they call "die off", flu like, symptoms. (I experienced that myself.) All that info is on the net if you are interested.

As someone above said, exercise is great. I have seen studies where it helps more than pharmaceuticals.

Again, I pray for your guidance and cure.
