Well prayers would be number 1 thing needed for the Lady Justice at this time.

If she was my mother I would recommend retirement.

We up top the mountain support retirement for everyone when the age comes.

Most people retire between the ages of 50 and 66.

Ammending the constitution is intentionally difficult, and while some minor improvements could be made here and there, I think there are much better things to focus on.

I am incredulous, and for good reason, given your justification for this view was to preclude the "sociopathic" president from appointing a majority of justices.

Just own it, you do not find as palatable the conservative justices Trump has appointed and will continue to appoint to the bench.

I am not persuaded at all that you would have been opposed to Obama, or opposed to some President in the future, appointing a majority of justices whose ideology so aligned with you, that ideologically they would pass for your twin.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is on the mend after falling and fracturing three ribs. Her nephew, Daniel Stiepleman, said Thursday that the 85-year-old Supreme Court Justice was “up and working” and “doing great,” adding that she’s cracking jokes, Reuters reports.

Just because she fell and fractured three ribs doesn't mean she is going to retire. My guess is she doesn't want a conservative to take her place and will try and hang in there until a different President is in office.
The other possibility is that we aren't being told the whole story and the fall is worse than it says it was.

well my main concern with her is that would it limit her mobility enough to make going to the courthouse or what ever hard is all.

I would say 70 is a good cut off age for public office. I hate to be ageist but I believe you should at least be close enough in age to connect with the society you've been elected to govern.
