Jesus made it very clear: you can not have two masters: you can not serve God and the mammon.
There for it is easy to understand that Babylon has to do with money and materialistic world because for that world Jesus warned many times, to not enter.
We are called to be not a part of the world. What is this world? It is based on money and hunger for money and power. Babylon is not Rome alone. Babylon is the whole world. We are not warned to be not part of one part of the world, we are warned to not be a part of the whole world. Babylon is not Rome alone, it is the whole world. Like Gods Kingdom can be in our heart, Babylon can be in our heart also. Thats why there is written: Get out of her!
Jesus many times teached to be reborn and become a part of Gods Kingdom. To get out of the world as it is. He teached us to renew our thinking, because our thinking was on money not on God. There for it is easy to understand that Babylon is across the whole world just like Gods Kingdom is across the whole world. To not enter babylon is a state of mind. To not enter Babylon is to not hunger for money and power but for Gods will.

No. Revelation is quite clear that Babylon represents a “Great City”:

Revelation 14:8
And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

Revelation 16:19
And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Revelation 17:18
And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

Revelation 18:10
Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

Revelation 18:16
And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

Revelation 18:18
And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!

Revelation 18:19
And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

Revelation 18:21
And a mighty angel took up a stone like a greatmillstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Not really, they were accepted with Constantine but they were around for much longer. But nobody accepted them and they were persecuted. Have you ever read a theology book?

No. The Roman Catholic Church came into existence after Constantine. Read a church history book.

Not really I am sorry man, they were accepted because Constantine made it head religion of his area, but they were there a lot longer but got persecuted the whole time and not accepted. Please do not belittle me. If this is what your "religion" teaches you I dont want any part of it. You belittle me, you call my faith from the devil. Have a nice life my friend.

You failed to address post #41. You are belittling yourself through your lack of knowledge. The RCC did not come into existence until after the time of Constantine.

I’m not mocking you; I’m simply getting to the truth of the matter.

Is it a Catholic Study Bible you use?

Where to begin. First, Pastor Jesse Smith is a Seballian Heretic. He's a Modalist, not a Trinitarian. From his website:

God
We believe there is one, invisible, Spirit-God who eternally exists as one person. God alone is Savior and there is no other person or god beside Him (Isa. 43:11). Most Christian churches claim God is “three persons” but there is not one scripture in the Bible that literally says “God is three people or persons”. No Bible student or preacher can produce one scripture in the Bible that literally says God is “three persons”, proving the “trinity” of “three persons” is a false doctrine. The “holy trinity” was a man-made understanding of God, written many years after the original apostles of Jesus had died, without apostolic and scriptural authority, so the doctrine cannot be considered “infallible “. Because it is not found in the Bible, the teaching on the “holy trinity” is not of God and is an addition to the Word of God. Please see our numerous resources on the Godhead and the video on the “7 Problems With The Trinity Doctrine” for more truth on this subject.

The truth is that the one God reveals Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost (Matt. 28:19, 1 John 5:7) – yet it is the one, self-same person being revealed. The three manifestations or appearences of God – Father, Son, Holy Ghost – are the same person in a different appearance. God the Father is “God above us”, the eternal, invisible Spirit, and Creator of all things. This God revealed Himself in flesh in the body of Jesus Christ, Who is Emmanuel, “God with us” (Matt. 1:23). Jesus was NOT a second person of God but was God Himself made manifest in the flesh (1 Tim. 3:16). All the fullness of the Godhead was and is in Jesus (Col. 1:19, 2:9), so Jesus was NOT in the Godhead, but according to Scripture, the Godhead, or eternal Spirit, was in Him.

The Holy Ghost is a Spirit by definition and is literally God the Father. The Bible never says that there are two different holy spirits, so the Holy Spirit is God the Father Himself. The body of Jesus was conceived of the Holy Ghost (Matt. 1:20) which is further proof that the Holy Ghost is the self same person as God the Father. The Holy Ghost is “God in us”, abiding in our souls, in the baptism of the Holy Ghost. After Jesus ascended, the eternal Spirit that was in Him divided itself and came to live in the Christians on the Day of Pentecost. This same Holy Spirit has been dwelling in the souls of true Christians ever since.

The second video teaches false doctrine from a Lutheran point of view. The pastor denies that the body and blood are present in the in the bread and wine. And I don't mean the denial of transubstantiation. That is extremely problematic for a Lutheran to post such a thing.

The pastor also quotes William Brannam which makes no sense whatsoever. How a modalist can quote someone who believes in a Kenotic Jesus I do not understand. While Brannam also taught heresy he at least believed that Jesus was God, though emptied of his divine attributes.

What did He do? The Bible said He was made a little lower than the Angels in order for death that He might take away and abolish sin and take away sickness from the world. Now, when He came down from the highest, Logos from God, He came down through Angels, and came down, and was made a man, and He said, "I am not even a man. I am a worm and no man," for He was despised and rejected.

In other words this guy is a disaster from the word go. For all Rome's problems they are unapologetically Trinitarian. They at least know who God is, this guy does not. And to say nothing of the historical claims which owe more to a fellow named Alexander Hislop well known to be dreadful wannabe historian.

No. Babylon is Rome.

Jerusalem was holy to the apostles; they would not have spoken of it in such a manner.

You need to do some proper research my friend. Also, dont get pulled into the falsehood that Rome is it.

Study it fully.

I have researched it. Many commentators agree that Babylon is Rome.

Just because 'many' have, doesnt mean they are right.

'Many' people have gotten Revelation all wrong.
