The son is heir to the land, instead of those who reject Him as the "chief cornerstone".

Mat 21:37 Then last of all he sent his son to them, saying, 'They will respect my son.'
Mat 21:38 But when the vinedressers saw the son, they said among themselves, 'This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.'
Mat 21:39 So they took him and cast him out of the vineyard and killed him.
Mat 21:40 "Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vinedressers?"
Mat 21:41 They said to Him, "He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease his vineyard to other vinedressers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons."
Mat 21:42 Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the Scriptures: 'THE STONE WHICH THE BUILDERS REJECTED HAS BECOME THE CHIEF CORNERSTONE. THIS WAS THE LORD'S DOING, AND IT IS MARVELOUS IN OUR EYES' ?
Mat 21:43 "Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it.
(The "holy nation" which accepts the "chief cornerstone" is found in 1 Peter 2:4-10.)

1Jn 2:22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.

1Jn 2:23 Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

The area now known as "the Temple Mount" is the remains of Roman Fort Antonia.

The site of the ancient Jewish temple was near Gihon Spring.

...........................................

Fort Antonia and the Jewish Temple:

Mat 24:1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

Mat 24:2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Luk 19:41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,

Luk 19:42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.

Luk 19:43 For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,

Luk 19:44 And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

Mar 15:16 Then the soldiers led Him away into the hall called Praetorium, and they called together the whole garrison.

Act_23:35 he said, "I will hear you when your accusers also have come." And he commanded him to be kept in Herod's Praetorium.

The following comes from Wars of the Jews, by Flavius Josephus, Book 5, Chapter 5, Section 8.

8. Now as to the tower of Antonia, it was situated at the corner of two cloisters of the court of the temple; of that on the west, and that on the north; it was erected upon a rock of fifty cubits in height, and was on a great precipice; it was the work of king Herod, wherein he demonstrated his natural magnanimity. In the first place, the rock itself was covered over with smooth pieces of stone, from its foundation, both for ornament, and that any one who would either try to get up or to go down it might not be able to hold his feet upon it. Next to this, and before you come to the edifice of the tower itself, there was a wall three cubits high; but within that wall all the space of the tower of Antonia itself was built upon, to the height of forty cubits. The inward parts had the largeness and form of a palace, it being parted into all kinds of rooms and other conveniences, such as courts, and places for bathing, and broad spaces for camps; insomuch that, by having all conveniences that cities wanted, it might seem to be composed of several cities, but by its magnificence it seemed a palace. And as the entire structure resembled that of a tower, it contained also four other distinct towers at its four corners; whereof the others were but fifty cubits high; whereas that which lay upon the southeast corner was seventy cubits high, that from thence the whole temple might be viewed; but on the corner where it joined to the two cloisters of the temple, it had passages down to them both, through which the guard (for there always lay in this tower a Roman legion) went several ways among the cloisters, with their arms, on the Jewish festivals, in order to watch the people, that they might not there attempt to make any innovations; for the temple was a fortress that guarded the city, as was the tower of Antonia a guard to the temple; and in that tower were the guards of those three (14). There was also a peculiar fortress belonging to the upper city, which was Herod’s palace; but for the hill Bezetha, it was divided from the tower Antonia, as we have already told you; and as that hill on which the tower of Antonia stood was the highest of these three, so did it adjoin to the new city, and was the only place that hindered the sight of the temple on the north. And this shall suffice at present to have spoken about the city and the walls about it, because I have proposed to myself to make a more accurate description of it elsewhere.

Josephus said Fort Antonia was built upon a gigantic rock.

This provides tremendous evidence that the Dome of the Rock is the true location of Fort Antonia.
Yes. There is an abundance of evidence that demonstrates the Dome of the Rock was Fort Antonia.

And there is even more Biblical evidence that the City of David was and IS the true location of God's temple.

I believe he will be Nebuchadnezzar II, the former king of Babylon.
Jeremiah gave two 70-yr prophecies. Jeremiah 25:11 is not yet over, so that keeps verse 12 yet to occur. The Babylonian kings must reign for 70 years over the nations, before the land of Chaldea falls for the final time. Daniel knew this, so he supplicated at the start of Daniel 9. Gabriel came to show him when the transgression will be finished under
a Babylonian king. The time of Titus destroying the holy city did not count. This shows Rome is not Babylon. Jeremiah told that the Babylon words are against =this place - the Euphrates River.
Jeremiah 27 is also a prophecy about Babylon. It starts out as to how Nebuchadnezzar would reign, his son, his son's son, then his land goes down
/all of the references are linked back to the first king mentioned - Nebuchadnezzar.
He fits as to the little horn will be a king of fierce countenance that understands riddles/secrets.
This king was a beast for seven times, and yet afterwards told others that they were reputed as nothing. But as for himself - he had majesty - and was added unto.
Daniel knew that even being a beast would not break that evil king's
pride. That evil king never gave up his fake gods, nor apologized for destroying the temple of the holy God.

Moses warned of the yoke of iron curse.
a nation of fierce countenance
Daniel wrote how the curse was poured upon them spoken of by Moses.
Jeremiah 28:14 shows the yoke of iron was put on the necks of the nations.
Jeremiah 30 shows a yoke - his yoke - breaks at the end of the time of Jacob's trouble.

the temple to God was built with a value of 666 talents of gold
/Babylon destroyed it
Nebuchadnezzar II burned -consumed it
He entered into the 20 by 10 area of the porch and stole and destroyed things and the holy temple itself.

Zechariah 5 has a 20 by 10 scroll -as a curse looking about the earth for - a house. It wants to consume it. Just like Babylon consumed the house of God that was built in the days of Solomon.
That curse finds poor old broken down pieces of shattered Shinar - and scoops some up and takes it back to rebuild that kingdom at the appointed time - stork -time.
She will rise to power - and later that curse will consume her for her sins. her stones and her timber will be consumed
just like - the temple of God was made with timber and stones

Habakkuk 1 is a vision of the coming Chaldeans.
Habakkuk 2 is about how he was going to set on a tower to warn the people, but God wanted him to write the vision down - make it plain.
It is for the appointed time - at the end it shall speak.

This chapter 1 vision is noted as - work a work.
The NT also speaks of this time as - lest that day come upon you

Habakkuk 2
a man
Chaldean/gathers the nations
proud
can't be satisfied
as death - desires to be as hell

4th seal - death and hell
in steps Ezekiel 7 to show that Babylon would come in the past to destroy Israel and have several types of weapons
That time would be four corners - day of trouble -time to send the worst of the heathen to destroy Jerusalem.

in steps the vision starting in Rev. 7
four corners
/so time to send that 4th seal rider to destroy and scatter Israel for the times, time, and an half an time
later in this chapter - these - came out of great tribulation
Jesus Christ noted the great tribulation as links to -such as never was, the end of the times of the Gentiles, occurs after the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet...
That means the little horn king that speaks great things is here then.
When that time is over...God will see that the power of Israel is gone, and start to avenge.

Rev. 13 is still confusing though, as the world already worshipped the beast out of the sea, before the new mouth is given that speaks great things, so unless the new mouth is a new king -as shown in Daniel 7, 11, then why need the job of the false prophet to make the world worship the beast out of the sea?

beast out of the sea
rises with a mouth - has ten horns
the world worships this beast whose deadly wound on one head is healed
Seems had to be that head where his mouth/ten kings was located that got
slain and healed.
Next is given a mouth -that speaks great things.
It is a sin now to worship the beast, take his number or such, and this sin will not be forgiven. In steps the false prophet to force people to worship the beast or be killed.

In Daniel 7, the beast had a mouth, because Daniel saw the teeth.
It had ten horns, then later rose- not the words as to given -a little horn with a mouth that spake great things. He has to do the abomination that Daniel foretold, as the speaking great things begins after the time of abomination shown in Daniel 11.

When David was getting ready to turn things over to Solomon, he and his people of Israel gave a willing offering to build the temple to God.
David told Solomon of it - there is no number - and he could add to it.
We find that Solomon had 666 talents of gold come to him in one year.
I say it is the amount recorded from another willing offering to set up the temple to God. It shows that the money did not come from his regular sources of revenue. It was not from the kings of Arabia, the merchants..and so on. It leaves the only possible place that 666 came from as the people of Israel. I say that just like when Belshazzar was going down, Nebuchadnezzar II was weighed for his sin. Belshazzar was found wanting...as in something as to needed information was missing, so he could not get his deserved number. Solomon did not record the value -nor weigh the holy vessels that were made in his day for the temple use.

The only individual specifically identified in the passage as a prince is Messiah.
