This poem reminds me of 2 Corinthians 3:18
How we are transformed into His image by beholding Him.
Thank you! That's also a very encouraging bible verse to keep in mind.

Being a Christian is like being a Halloween pumpkin.
God picks you from the patch and brings you in. John 15:16
Then washes all the dirt off of you. 2 Corinthians 5:17
He opens you up and removes all the yucky stuff. He removes the seeds of doubt, greed, etc. Isaiah 61:3
Then He carves you a new smiling face. Psalms 71:23
And He put His light inside you for all the world to see. Matthew 5:16

Yes it is.Its a good day to praise the Lord. God is good, amen.
Praise Him in the storm, amen.Yes it is.
When I am out walking my dogs when I meet people I always say, "This is the kind of day that makes it easy to say this the day that the LORD has made". That is if it's a nice day.
And if it is not nice out I say it is difficult to say that this is the day that the LORD has made.
Or I will say if it is really nasty, "I will praise You in this storm".
Like a breath of fresh air is Gods infinite grace. We need air to live and likewise we need God as well.
The Lord is like a shelter from a storm, water in the desert, and rest on a weary night.
