This idea is a serious shuffling of the given sequence of Revelation.
Plainly the Sixth Seal must come before the Great Tribulation of the Seven Trumpets and Seven Bowls. It is obvious to anyone, that the Seals of a scroll must be removed BEFORE the scroll is unrolled.
As it is also obvious, the first five Seals were opened by Jesus at His Ascent to heaven, Revelation 5:6-7. Therefore; the Sixth Seal worldwide disaster is the next prophesied event we can expect. It will set the scene for all that must happen before Jesus Returns.

The sun will be darkened and the moon turned as red as blood, Revelation 6:12, on the Day of the Lord's wrath, a Day quite different and years before the glorious Return, when the sun will also be darkened as well as the moon and stars. Matthew 24:29-30

Do you know why the king of te north comands his armed forces to place the abomination which causes desolation?

Something happens prior to its placement.

Daniel 11:44 But news from the east and the north will alarm him, and he will go out with great fury to destroy and annihilate many.

Do you know what happens before he orders his armed forces to make desolate?

/This needs moved back into the time of chapter 11.

The end of Daniel 11 is the end of the 70th week, and this wicked king falls.


Matthew 24:15
"...ye...see the abomination of desolation...v 16 "...flee..."
Why flee?
v 21
"For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not..."

"..except those days should be shortened...those days shall be shortened..."

v29
"Immediately after the tribulation of those days...sun...darkened..."

So, the time of such as never was happens before the 6th seal is opened. It is the time of the great tribulation. Those days will be shortened. The fourth trumpet shortens the hours in a day and night.

Daniel 12:1 is referring back to action that takes place in chapter 11. - the time of such as never was - then when it ends - the sun will go dark

It is time for the return of Jesus Christ in glory and the dead in Christ will rise. For the trumpet shall sound. At the last trump...for the trumpet shall sound.
No other martyrs will be slain for Jesus Christ after this time. It is too late to kill the two witnesses...It is time to raise the two witnesses and Daniel.

Hi vin. Luke uses a lot of words and phrases shown in Matthew and Revelation.
What do you and/or others think about this event?

Take for example the word for "desolate/wilderness"

1 each in Matt, Mar and Luk and 3 times in Revelation.

I completely reject the idea that the Sixth Seal and the Seventh Trumpet are at the same time.
This idea is playing with the given sequence and making it suit false theories.

Since I believe Revelation is happening mainly in Israel and particularly the land of Judea and city of 1st century Jerusalem, I can perhaps view the 6th seal maybe signifying the crucifixion and death of Jesus.
[I am still working on it, but that 6th seal is interesting, as the land of Judea became dark and there was an earthquake with dead Saints coming out of there graves].

Matthew 27:
45 Now from the sixth hour until the ninth hour
there was darkness over all the land.
51 Then, behold! the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom;
and the land quaked, and the rocks were split,
Luke 23:45
Then the sun was darkened,[fn] and the veil of the temple was torn in two

I just can't explain the moon becoming as blood...........

Revelation 6:12
I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold!
there was a great earthquake;
and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair,
and the moon[fn] became like blood.

Revelation 11:13
In the same hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell.

Isn't this assumed to be Jesus ascending?

Sounds like it could be be a type of this guy.
They wore out the followers of Christ in the 1st century.......

It is amazing how something SO OBVIOUS is overlooked by so many. I think some hold their hands over their eyes so they cannot see it - it would wreck their theories!

The cosmic events prophesied did not happen then.
There was a localized 'darkening of the sun', after Jesus died. This is actually in the Roman records; of an unexplainable darkness over the Middle East area, for that afternoon.
Do not be deceived; the Sixth Seal will affect all the world. Luke 21:34-35, Luke 21:25-26, 2 Peter 3:, Isaiah 34:1-8, Revelation 6:12-17, +
