Deuteronomy is thought to have been written after the exile.
And it better have jived word-for-word, jot-for-jot, and tittle-for-tittle with the Deuteronomy written before the Exile, or God wouldn't place it under His umbrella of preservation.

No need. Try rereading genesis 2 and pay attention that it is the garden being discussed, not the world.

Yes, I am aware people want to turn the ONE true God into many.....

I've read Genesis 2.

Taken allegorically, does it not have Adam before apes?

Considering that Christianity has no doctrinal statement on the age of the earth or the manner of creation, and that most Christians accept the idea of evolution, and that you make creationism a laughingstock, and that countless millions reject Christ based on some layman's interpretation of Genesis, are you prepared to stand up on the Day of Judgement and be held accountable for all those souls condemned because you just wouldn't let it go?

I'm not going to dignify this with a comment.

It's all contrived AV, the internal evidence tells us roughly when it was written. The Pentetauch was completed before Joshua crossed the Jordon. Spinoza, after the French Revolution, during the Enlightenment, catering to the new aristocracy said the OT was written after the exile. He had no evidence whatsoever, he just told them what they wanted to hear. The OT, like the NT is a living witness in that it has been in the custody of living communities their entire history. The Hebrew and Christian communities respectively. JEPD is a contrived theory that has been promenant in academic circles, Christian and secular. It's based solely on semantics, it has no bearing on the true and living history of Scripture whatsoever.

BTW, nothing can bring the Scriptures out from under divine protection, it's the living word of God.

Grace and peace.

For those of you who say Genesis 2 is another account of creation, are you admitting that the Bible says God created man before He created the apes?

According to Genesis 1, God made the animals (presumably including apes), and then he made humans.

According to Genesis 2, God made Adam, then he made the animals (again, presumably including apes), and then he made Eve.

So Genesis 2 does seem to indicate that God made Adam before he made apes.

However, I don't see why this would be a problem, since I don't view the Bible as being an accurate description of the formation of the universe in any sense. The Bible is simply wrong.

Theres nothing id Genesis about creating apes. It's all about Adam and Eve.

So if God didn't create apes, where did they come from?

Or do you think that just maybe they could have been grouped in with the creatures created in Gen 1:24-25 and/or Gen 2:19?

Nicely pointed evidence for others to face.

I dont care about your beef with Nietsche.

But again, humans are apes, so your sentence is nonsense.
Humans did not evolve from apes.

Some have yielded to this godless world's ways.

This included being without God in this world when examining what God has created.

Godless evolutionists require conjecture to accept evolution. The resaon is what the fossil record shows.

The fossil record shows evolution never occurred.

Are some evolutionists ready to accept how they have followed godless evolutionists into error?

Who has made the greatest error to draw men from the Creator?

Most Christians also ignore that God said Kind after Kind, not Kind into other Kind....

Those who reject Christ on any interpretation of Genesis will reject him anyways, since Jesus repeatedly referred back to Genesis.... and that layman's interpretation...

No, they are condemned because in later times wolves in Sheep's clothing infiltrated the flock and led many astray...... but they became futile in their thinking and darkened in their foolish hearts. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images of mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles… They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator.... They put their wisdom above God's, who declared time after time, Kind after Kind.... Not directed at anyone specific....

Wow, that single picture PROVES it!

Proves that similarities can be deceiving and what is thought to be apelike in the past, is just part of the human variability.........

So we need to look at something a little more in depth than just what it looks like, huh?

Maybe check out the genetic evidence? Does that sound good to you?

Isn't that exactly what you're trying to do by posting a picture of two Homo specimens that don't really look alike? Or is there some other point you were trying to make?
