Strikes me coffee would be better

It's 10.43 local here - and I'm just starting my second coffee

Well, for me.. A large mug (or two) of strong tea, might have less caffeine than coffee... The caffeine doesn't "wear off" as quickly as it does, from coffee.

Roof man just been

Like me he can't see exactly how the rain got in BUT all the flashing on the roof where it joins the house is not in good shape - so he'll bring a LOT of boards to let him get on the roof and will then re-seal everything and hopefully that will do the trick

Oh it is indeed - should have been back there some months ago but as time passed I couldn't face the guy. I'm so glad I got my courage up enough to go today - I can walk again
