The personage, or the man Jesus, commonly referred to as the 'son of Mary', is in religions from around the world. I always found that intersting as I studied other religions; Jesus is a figure in so many religions, yet the religion focused of Jesus makes no mention of any of these other gods.
I agree. Judaism is one of the ones he does not appear in.

Now, all you have to do is convince the millions of Christians who are not you to feel the same way.

No I dont. I only need to remain faithful to my own walk with Christ. The holy spirit is the one that convicts hearts, and I am not here to sow neither. I am a watchman. It is my duty is to blow the horn. Not to get others to heed the warning.

Unfortunately your horn is getting drowned out by the Christians who froth and flail every time it looks like they're not getting their way.

So Jews do not believe Jesus was a preacher living during the Roman occupation of Israel? Is it believed the Romans executed Jesus, and many other nationalistic and religious Jews for speaking out against the Roman authorities and their abuses?

No. You might not see Jesus as Messiah, but you believe the person Jesus did in fact exist, correct?

He may have, he may not have. Judaism holds no official position. I do not personally believe the person in the New Testament existed as dipicted.

It certainly wouldn't be a surprise the Roman's killed a Jew though. That was something they did a lot of

Unfortunately your horn is getting drowned out by the Christians who froth and flail every time it looks like they're not getting their way.

This is why many view me as arrogant. I do not regard those who froth and flail as having any effect on God or his intended purpose for my life. And often I charge on ahead with no regard of their protests. Mind you, Jesus often ate with harlots, liars, and unmoral people. Why? Because the whole has no need of a physician. In essence, preaching to the choir has no other use than edification, but no matter how elegant the speech, not one member will be added to the choir by preaching to themselves. You need tolerance, forbearance, love and the faith to reach-out.

Muslims need to eat, gays have families they love and wish to provided for. Even the hooker on the street corner or the drug addict sleeping on the streets, wants love and acceptance. Is there any race or groups of peoples that doesn't care for their own family? Of course not. That is preposterous. So meet their need where they are at. Love them despite conditions. Forbear their short comings and offences. Let your walk with Christ be their conviction. Not your dictation of what they ought to be.

Depends on who you are speaking to. Rebuke a nonbeliever sharply and you can damage your faiths testimony for life, rendering that individual unable to receive anything another christian ever speaks again. That accomplishes nothing for your cause.

Rebuke a wise man and he will love you for correcting them, rebuke a fool and he will rail against you.

And when others openly come against Christ, openly rebuke, and command in the authority of Christ.
So I failed with my point then.

Proverbs 17:28
Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent.

Psalm 46:10
“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”

Lamentations 3:26
It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.

Psalm 62:5
For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him.

Psalm 141:3
Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips!

Habakkuk 2:20
But the Lord is in his holy temple; let all the earth keep silence before him.”

Job 29:21
“Men listened to me and waited and kept silence for my counsel.

Proverbs 29:11
A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back.

Revelation 8:1
When the Lamb opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.

Exodus 14:14
The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”

Isaiah 53:7
He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent, so he opened not his mouth.

Psalm 37:7
Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!

Proverbs 18:13
If one gives an answer before he hears, it is his folly and shame.

Psalm 62:1
To the choirmaster: according to Jeduthun. A Psalm of David. For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.

Isaiah 30:15
For thus said the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.” But you were unwilling,

James 1:19
Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger;

Lamentations 3:28
Let him sit alone in silence when it is laid on him;

Proverbs 12:23
A prudent man conceals knowledge, but the heart of fools proclaims folly.

Or maybe I politely countermand your point finding it moot.

However, it is important to note the bible is full of examples of ruling the tounge and remaning silent while waiting on the Lord.

So none of that suggests you should be offending anyone. So why is that happening?

First I think I misunderstood your original point. What exactly are you getting at?

I do not understand where you are coming from. Are you accusing me? Questioning methods, what?

Well, since Hillary just told democrats they can’t be civil until they get their way, I don’t see the point in understanding the left.
One person’s poor judgement is not a good reason to stop trying to understand a segment of society.

Where did you get this advice from?

Treat others, as you would prefer they treated you.

Proverbs 9:7
Whoever corrects a scoffer gets himself abuse, and he who reproves a wicked man incurs injury.

Proverbs 9:8

Do not reprove a scoffer, or he will hate you; reprove a wise man, and he will love you.

1 Corinthians 5:12
For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge?

Leviticus 19:17
“You shall not hate your brother in your heart, but you shall reason frankly with your neighbor, lest you incur sin because of him.

2 Timothy 2:24-25
And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth,

Luke 23:40
But the other rebuked him, saying, “Do you not fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation?

Proverbs 13:1
A wise son hears his father's instruction, but a scoffer does not listen to rebuke.

There's not much to learn. They won't talk. All they do is scream and try to shut down others.
If you have a point, you really need to calmly express it, otherwise the conclusion I just gave is the only one to find.

Every day I offer to explain my lunatic left standings, but not one sane or even crazy question so far.

Not the quiet, respectful ones? They don't make that noise you hear?

Treat others, as you would prefer they treated you.

First of all, statements of faith are different than full on debates about religion. I am so trying to not get into a full on conversation and getting thread closed. I fully appreciate what you are saying, I just don't think I am going to answer you just once and the conversation will be over. Shoot me a pm or if you don't want it private created a thread and I will be glad to talk to you about it in more detail.

That having been said a quick answer, Jesus is offensive. He is the cornerstone that others stub their toe on causing them to stumble. Just by trying to speak truth, point out errors, or praising God; others will immediately come against you.
