I'm glad I saw this topic guys. I was feeling very sick and ill I had gained all the way up to 270 from 2:35 and my life was actually in Jeopardy not just from high blood pressure but it was messing with my mind and medications that I take and I just kept praying about it and her God speak to me that no only it's a multi-step process I needed to get off medicines but to do that you know I realized I had to actually address the problem instead of adding another another blood pressure medicine at 38 I did most people can't do and I just took off out the door. I have been exercising almost every single day I walk from 30 minutes and this is what they hit by broken in another story they said I wouldn't walk I can actually jog. I also got an e-bike if you guys would like to know more about what an e-bike is it's an assist fight that gives you help because I'm in the mountain area but you can cut up different modes of assist as you pedal I started out on a medium setting I write about 13 14 miles a day about an hour and a half I'm down 25 pounds in 3 months. God bless you guys you can do anything if God wills it. The most important thing I can say is be careful don't be stupid but don't let people say don't do that or you won't be able to use your head where it's going to hurt your head but you're going to you know end up not being able to walk or having to get a hip replacement. They said that from the beginning that I wouldn't walk and then when I can walk the doctor said well you'll probably need a hip replacement in a few months from Pain sure enough I don't need either and I can even run they have no explanation of it no arthritis and I have 13 breaks from a car accident and in my right hip. Jesus spoke to me in that room when the doctor told me anybody else would have freaked out but I recognize the voice of God and I smiled and told him to do the best job he could to fix my broken knee cap and the 13 Brakes in my hip and sure enough I might Slater I walked out and over the last five years I have noticed once I stood up and stop feeling sorry for myself that the more I exercise in the more I build up the muscle in that area the stronger it makes my hip and whatever little bit of pain I have is completely going away which is the opposite of course of what my Dad what's yes he cares about me but what he's been saying which is be careful don't exercise as much your hips going to get messed up honestly what you have to say is thank you but I rebuke that. I'm not kidding you can look it up several people have been told by doctors by family members for people wanting to help if you can't do this it won't get better if you allow that type of thought to get an when God is told you different or you feel different in your spirit and you are in fact allowing a curse or the opposition and I have defied everything that everyone has said. You can do the same you just have to have a lot of faith and believe in God and fight against it love you all

Sorry about that guy's voice to text on my 2000 dollar phone you think would be better by now and 2018. I have a lot of Errors even though I spoke correctly in that message I would I would like to go back and fix it but I'm afraid I would run on again. Hopefully you guys got the overview and I tried to go back and edit it if y'all can tell me how to do that I'd appreciate it but I can't figure out how to edit and fix my message I just have to proofread it next time. We’re having a heat wave here . I just walked around normally or a little slower than normal did a little stretching as I don’t want to get stiff . If it’s not hot I do a few pliés in 1st 2nd and 4 th along with developes and battements at hip level ( ballet moves) while waiting for the bus but it was ridiculously hot today!

I do street workout. Just getting back into it after a while off from an injury to my elbow from overuse. It’s basically stuff like pushups, pull ups, dips, muscle ups, ab exercises and other calisthenics exercises and variations, done outdoors at high reps. No gym needed, just a bar to do pull ups and parallel bars to do dips is all you need plus the ground for pushups. Fortunately my area has several parks with everything needed.

Personally I love when it’s hot outside like this time of year because it’s a better cardio workout the hotter it is, plus you get vitamins from the sun exposure. Being in God’s outdoors is a huge plus..being outside with the sun, a nice blue sky, the animals, the occasional rain delay, and all that always reminds me of our Lord because he made all of this. I’d recommend this sort of workout for anyone no matter what their goal is, whether it be to build strength, weight loss, build endurance, train your Central Nervous System, or to be able to perform advanced calisthenic maneuvers. That’s one good thing about this is that there are always new progressions and variations you can do so you don’t have to get bored doing the same stuff.

Aw, I miss mowing the lawn already. It's been a soggy autumn here but there is hope that I can have at least one more go 'round before snow starts to fly!

Trying to get back into
A routine!
So what that looks like is if I’m
Working, and if it’s in the afternoon I get outside by 9.30 go for a walk! I’ve been starting with 2 miles a day. Maybe some days I’ll add a quick walk of the dog later on!
If I work some mornings, then it’s a little less!
I do a mile, mile and 1/2
4 days a week!
If I’m not working I’m going to add 2 walks a day!
Need to get more energy, I’m hoping that will do it!

I am 75. I spent three hours shingling a roof today. I can safely say that I will never ever do that again for the rest of my life. C'est fini!
