Indeed we are... and I'm still of the opinion that Kavanaugh, due to his ideology, his temperament, and his multiple allegations, is not a suitable candidate for SCOTUS.
Of course, I'm also of the opinion that the Senate doesn't care about any of these things and will vote along party lines, confirming Kavanaugh 51-49, which will be, iirc, the narrowest SCOTUS confirmation ever... indeed, the second narrowest mathematically possible.

So you don't believe he wrote that Beach Week letter? I heard enough just listening to his own testimony to make it clear that he was a rich spoiled party boy acting out an immature pseudo-masculinity.

Not only has this attack on the future judge backfired, but Democrats may lose their bid for the US house as the backlash grows. According to polls, Trump and the GOP are surging after the FBI report apparently found no corroborating witnesses, vitually clearing all charges for the upteenth time. This has been all out war to stop a GOP appointment and I don't think it matters who it was, the attack was coming for a long time, because it means a conservative majority on the SCOTUS for decades to come and its IMHO a done deal. I'm glad the FBI did an additional investigation considering the allegations and resulted in the final verdict being revealed. Of course Democrats are going to say it was not done properly, because it didn't serve their purpose of stopping the nomination. Gee what a surprise. But I think the US was served well by the additional FBI investigation. I heard the Congress Generic Ballot has dropped from a DNC lead of 11 points to now only 2 points, and Trump is up 6-7 points in approval ratings.

You may very well be right about this. Back in 2016, the democrats and mainstream media were doing all they could to make sure Hillary would win--making it out as if this was her time to be president, and as if the country owed it to her. When the voting was over, lots of people said they went to the polls and voted for Trump as a way of telling the MSM otherwise; to say that the MSM does not speak for them, and they do have a say.
Now, we are hearing almost the same thing. We keep being told that this "Blue Wave" is coming, and democrats are going to take over while at the same time using their bully tactics in the Senate to try to intimidate Trump's pick for SCOTUS into quitting. The "guilty if you're accused" method is something most Americans won't stand for if they believe the same party using it now (the democrats) will get into power and do it to those who aren't politically on their side.
Count on the Republicans showing up at the polls in greater numbers than expected, just as they did in 2016.

Trump won and now Kav has the votes. Liberals keep taking L's. Can't wait for heads to explode when murdering babies becomes illegal. Who would have thought that we would need to fight for the lives of babies in America.

It seems you are implying he attempted to rape someone. Yet you still have no evidence if that. Assuming the worst it seems. It appears you are basing an assumption on an ideology.
