Heartbreak. Moving forward.

I won't go into details but understand exactly how you feel. Will lift you up asking that you find some peace. And in the meantime, stay busy... each day will get better but it will take time.

Been there done that my friend.

I think praying for your wife is important to. She needs prayer more than you do at this point. She's in way over her head.

It's not selfish at all. It's exactly what David did, all through the Psalms, pouring his heart out to God, about ev'ry thing. i'm soooooo sorry. Heartbreak is excruciatingly painful, beyond words. Praying for you, Hi Fi, that God ministers to you as only He can, and that He strengthens and sustains you in the moments, hours, days, and months ahead. Father may it be so, in Jesus name, amen. Praying the Peace of Christ lift you up and comfort you during this time of trial.

Father, our minds, our memories, our experiences can bring us much joy, much grief, and many other things as well. Our bodies may be temporary, destined to death and decay, but our minds, our spirit and soul are the real us, not just this tent we temporarily live in. Father, You have had the Scriptures written to help get the most out of our body, soul, and spirit. You give us instruction, counsel, guidance, strength, hope, purpose, etc. May "High Fidelity" get into Your Word and find the transforming power of Your Word and Spirit to empower him through this loss of his "ex". May he gain this knowledge of You and Your Word that will not only give him victory in this area, but in even much farther reaches of his life that will all him to overcome the trials, problems, and troubles of life that humanity faces. May he not only move past his "ex" to greater joy and significance, but on into the greater purposes for living that You have for him. May he find great blessing in finding You and the things of Your Word to fill the gap and void that his "ex" has left. Amen and amen.

I will keep you in my prayers, I am going through something similar, and reminded of the song. 'Love hurts'. But Love also heals and the LORD is the great healer and He more than any human understands what it's like when you love someone and they leave you.



And for you

Praying for you Hi Fi. May God's inexplicable grace and tender mercies envelope you in especially the most difficult of moments and carry you and strengthen and sustain you in this most excruciating chapter. May His Light begin to shine and flicker more and more for you as He carries you through this chapter and on to the next. Father may it be so, in Jesus name, amen (((hug)))

It's not a lesser request at all. We all want love so much, and it hurts badly when we think we have it and it flies out the window. I pray for your healing. I pray that in due time you will be led to one who is right for you.
