In my left shoulder. I was working out and upping the weight in my bicep curls and I felt it. It doesn’t really hurt but I can tell something is wrong. It would happen as my strength has increased.
200 lbs on the tricep dip, 40-45 lb dumbbell curls, 172 on the tricep push down, 200 lbs on the ab machine, and 135 on the row machine (20 reps at a time without stopping)
I’m sure many of you here do just as good or better but I’ve never been this strong. I’m in the best shape of my life.
Just pray that this doesn’t put me out for a while.
