Say you take a handful of ball bearings and put them down on a level smooth surface, their natural inclination is to gravitate or pull toward one another and a center, to all collect (gravitate to or toward or) at a/the center, that is their natural inclination without any other force... Then, you add these pockets (other force) among them that would "push" out on them (the ball bearings), out from these pockets centers (dark matter) (anyway)... Causing an expanding force and a collapsing force...
I want to know if those forces are balanced in an "anti, and non-anti" way, or force, counter-force way, making the universe nigh perpetual in nature...
