Some of these questions are difficult to answer because it's hard to figure out their intent. "It is right and fair that some people make more money than others". I think it depends on what you mean by that. If it's that those who work harder should earn more, then....yeah, OK.
But if you mean that the wealthy are more """deserving""" of their wealth because if they're rich, that automatically means they've worked harder? Not so much. A person can be one of the wealthiest in the country and bone idle, just sitting on daddy's money and a good investment portfolio that "makes money" for them. You can also be dirt poor and one of the hardest working people in the country. Being wealthy doesn't necessarily mean you've worked hard, that you're "better", or that you're more "deserving" of someone who's poor.
