True, they know who the sleazy doctors might be that are writing too many prescriptions for hardcore drugs. And they hold some responsibility if given to the patient.

Many times dirty pharmacist will work hand-in-hand with dirty doctors.

For the low amount of population in that area and the amount of pills being given out something is wrong.

If dirty bring them down.
M-Bob
Of coarse they would be both morally and legally responsible for reporting irregularities, they could lose their license if they didn't.

The DEA busted a pharmacist in Celina, same town, in 2012.

No it is the government seal of the people that enforce the law. This is a division of the FDA. That stands for Federal Drug Administration. Also congress and the senate pass laws to regulate drugs in this country. The United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (abbreviated as FFDCA, FDCA, or FD&C), is a set of laws passed by Congress in 1938 giving authority to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to oversee the safety of food, drugs, and cosmetics. I can give you a link to their web page if that is what you are wanting.
https://www.fda.gov/regulatoryinfor...deralfooddrugandcosmeticactfdcact/default.htm
I know who they are. I'm confused, I didn't say anything at all about the DEA or question their authority.

My question to you was what laws the doctors could be breaking that the pharmacist would know about and be responsible for reporting.

Then you need to learn how to pray so you can receive your healing from God. If you do not use the authority that He gives you then you can remain in bondage if that is what you want to do. I can tell from reading your post that it is just lie after lie. It is the truth that sets you free and the lies of the enemy that keeps us sick and in bondage. We have to believe God when He says: " I am the Lord that healeth thee.” We have a covenant relationship with God. That means we have to do our part and then we can be sure that God will do His part. We can choose life or death, sickness or health, blessing or curse, poverty or prosperity. Most sickness can be healed with diet, exercise and stress control. You have to get yourself up and get yourself going. I lost 100 pound once. The reason I lost that weight was because I was to sick to eat. One doctor would not return my calls, he did not think I was going to live. My other doctor put me in physical therapy. Half the people do not show up for therapy or they do not stay in the program. The ones that stay in the program and work their way though the pain get better and improve. I notice the people that stay in the program have been hard working people all their life. Maybe this program does not work for the problems you are having, but the chances are a lot better that it does help. If you do your part then you can be sure that God will do His part and He will find a way for you. Whatever you are doing does not seem to work so I would not be so quick to defend what is not working. If I were you I would keep seeking God and searching for what does work to set you free. If life is getting better then you are walking with God. If you are going from bad to worse then you are not where you need to be. Sometimes improvement is slow and gradual. I believe in restoration miracles that goes beyond the bodies ability to be able to heal itself. Although most doctors believe in the power of suggestion and positive thinking. Still I believe the Healing power of God can go beyond all of that.

Hello.

I stopped reading your post when you called me a liar.

Thank you for stopping talking to me.

I've said many times on the forum that i am disabled and deal with pain.. I've no need to lie.

In many of these small mountain towns the majority of the population is either elderly or disabled. It's why they didn't leave in largest part after the mines and other businesses shut down. Populations don't grow in these areas because the young and healthy leave and move to cities where there is work. This leaves some of these areas disproportionately disabled and elderly.

Problems arise when you decide to look only at how many prescriptions are being filled, instead of looking at how many people are disabled and in need of pain medicines.

Pain medicines for some people are a necessity, its humane to prevent suffering and allow some to have a better quality of life.. regardless if that means opioid pain medicines.

More problems arise when the government decides they don't want to have to pay for the prescriptions. As we all know, disabled people are always on Medicare if not Medicaid.

These drugs are expensive. .. government doesn't want to pay so this is how they are stopping. It's better to call it an opioid epidemic than to say we are no longer willing to pay for disabled people to have a decent quality of life anymore. ..
That's true about young people leaving. While Celina, the town's, pop. is 1,500 they are the Overly Cty seat. which has a pop. of 8,000. They are also just about 15 miles from the Kentucky border where there aren't any large towns. I also wonder if any of the pharmacies are mailing meds. to customers like Walmart does. I could get one of my meds. cheaper by ordering it from Walmart which is 65 miles away from me. Celina is out in the boonies as are many little towns around them, just like where I live.

I stopped reading your post when you called me a liar.
Which goes to show you do not want help. Satan is a liar and the father of lies and you have been spending to much time listening to him.

You dont even know me..

Paul prayed for a thorn in his side to be removed three times and God did not remove it.

God doesnt heal everyone who asks, and its okay when He doesn't because His perfect will is perfect no matter what. God isn't our personal Santa Claus.

2 Corinthians 1:3-5
Isaiah 48:10
James 1:2-4
Job 42:5
Romans 8:28-29

"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9)

I'm not a liar. And I don't listen to Satan. Some people are so insistent that we should all be healed that some would preach Paul the apostle into hell. Thank God It's up to God, the one who knows our hearts, what happens with us all.

When our prayers are inline with His perfect will all our prayers are answered.

I am only responding to what you said. I am only responding to your post. Satan has you in bondage and you need to find your liberty and freedom in Christ. He says: "For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." I have been around churches that believe in Healing for around 40 years now and I believe more then ever in the Healing power of God because we see miracles all the time. My father served our community as a doctor for over 50 years and both my brothers are doctors. So I know that the power of God can go beyond anything man can do. In fact my brother admits that he never healed anyone. So it is clear that God can do so much more then anything man has to offer.

I am not in bondage to Satan anymore than Paul was...I am a saved, Spirit filled child of the Living God.

Again, God isn't our personal Santa Claus.

So, to be clear, I am not a liar, I don't sit around listening to Satan and I'm not in bondage to Satan.

Are there any other insults you'd like to throw my way because I got my back broken almost 20 years ago, have a disease of the nervous system as well as nerve damage from the injury? Or perhaps it's the fact I now potentially have cancer that you'd like to find cause to insult me over?

I mean seriously. ...

I would be okay if my pastor told me that. Of course he knows me (real well.)

God wrote the book of your life before you were even born. If you think you are follow God's will and God's plan for you and your life then that is fine. If God's Grace is sufficient for you, then why do you need to take drugs?

Why do christians take medicine for high blood pressure, or control their diabetes?

When you answer that you'll know why I might sometimes like something for pain..

I personally think Cancer is caused by people that are in conflict with themselves. The Greeks use to believe in good humor and bad humor. Even there are pastors that preach natural disasters are a result of whole communities that are out of sync with God.

As far as the issues with your nervous system either have faith and trust and believe in God and what he can do. WE have the victory and we are more then over comers. I had a pinched nerve in my back but I was able to go through therapy where I learned some exercises to over come that situation. I believe in the restoration power of God so you can overcome your adversity and find your victory over the problems that confronts you. Perhaps your healing and recover will be slow and gradual but your growth as a Christian can be slow and gradual sometimes.

Have you heard about the resurrection power of God? Do you believe someday God is going to resurrect your body? Yet you do not believe He can raise you up and restore you now? If we have our part in the resurrection then we believe that the resurrection power of God is already at work in us and in our lives.

There has been to many times that God raised me up from the dead. There have been to many doctors tell me that I should not even be alive. Yet here I am telling people what God can do for them if they have enough faith to receive what HE wants to do in their life. My doctor actually went though my medical file and removed the stuff he could not explain. So when I ask him he says he does not have that information any more. He just says my health is as good as it was 15 years ago or better and whatever problems I had - I recovered from. Because his records only go back that far. I will be 70 in a few years and I really hope to be in even better shape then. Of course there is a price to pay and sacrifices to be made. Still I really admire people in their 70 that are healthy and in good shape.

You can believe what you want and confess what you want. But for me I am going to serve God and I am going to confess the Word of God and walk in the abundance of life & health & healing that He provides for me though the sacrifice that Jesus made at Calvary. We are told that Abraham "believed--the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not." Romans 4:17 We need to be very careful with our words what we profess and what we confess. (calleth those things which be not as though they were.)

I have had issues with Peripheral nephropathy, but I refuse to accept that pkg when the enemy tires to deliver it to my door. It is a lie from the enemy and we need to walk in the truth and the promises of God. We need to proclaim the word of God and not allowing ourselves to be defeated.

I brought my BP down to where the doctor wanted it through diet and exercise. Esp exercise. That opens up your blood vessels and lowers your BP. Also BP responds very good to prayer and stress control. We need to watch over our words and be careful what we confess.

What people need is God and natural healing. They do not need drugs.

my husband was having heart problems
we had the ambulance at our house one night and another night the ambulance brought him to ER

he was diagnosed and is on daily meds now and has not had the problem/gone to ER since

should he go off the meds? not a fixable problem unless he has risky surgery
so we opted for meds which are working

Think not.. Double Period

Although there will always be some who abuse drugs it seems that God put drugs here so as to help us in many cases.

Some take drugs for the right reasons.

While some others take drugs for the wrong reasons.

Hard to get too removed from sin.

Usually it is not a good ideal to quit taking meds unless they talk to their doctor about it first.
