people he was originally going to kill/punish but didn’t?

Do you think that you commited sin unto death and therefore seeking if somebody was in similar situation ?

David was spared after murder from dying himself but his child died instead

Nineveh in Jonah. Jonah was mightily annoyed by this.

Also Moses pleads for the sinful Israelites and Abraham pleads with God for Soddom and Gamorah.

Aaron comes to mind when he built the golden calf. I am sure if he did not repent with the tribe of Levi, he would have perished. Exodus 32:26 Also, Moses interceding for him most likely changed God's mind.
I thought Aaron wasn’t at fault for the Golden Calf

Moses himself. God was going to kill him but his wife circumcised their son and God relented. Have to say I've never quite understood that one as it was after God had told Moses to go to pharaoh and it doesn't really say why God was going to kill him.
As I understand it, Moses broke the covenant of circumcision - "your foreskin or your life", so God was going to "cut him off", just as Moses didn't cut off the foreskin of his son.

Genesis 7:14 And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.

Reading the extra-biblical texts, this may have been something to do with his father-in-law being opposed to circumcision.

Fortunately, the righteous Zipporah steps in and does the job for Moses, fulfilling his part in the covenant and saving Moses from death. It sounds as if she may not have been pleased having to unexpectedly deal with blood and foreskin - understandably so, poor girl, as circumcision is kind of a man's job - by her comment about the "bloody husband".

Exodus 4:24-25 And it came to pass by the way in the inn, that the Lord met him, and sought to kill him. Then Zipporah took a sharp stone, and cut off the foreskin of her son, and cast it at his feet, and said, Surely a bloody husband art thou to me.

How twice . What did I forget ? one because of the murder and the other ?

Yes, one from killing Uriah, but God could have killed David for his sin with Bathsheba, but took their son instead... which was part of the 3 judgments: David would never again have peace in his house, he would be publicly shamed for his private sin, and, at the apex, his son would die.
