Peace to those who may read.

We are to hear the preaching of those who are moved by the Spirit to speak….and the evidence is within us that this is really His Son that speaks to us as the Light arises within our once darkened hearts. That evidence is within us and demonstrates the Spirit and power of God.

The coming (PRESENCE) of the Son of man in Heaven (who speaks to our hearing ears) is evident within our very own hearts as the “lightning” flashes from the east (the rising of light) unto the “west”….where the sun had already gone down….and we are to take heed on how we hear. It shines within our once darkened hearts. False Christs and false prophets do not have this demonstration of the power of God upon our very own hearts when they come unto us with their "preaching" in the wisdom of men.

Matthew 24:27 KJV
(27) For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

This is the “sign” of the Son of man who is Heaven speaking to us….the “bright and morning Star” arising in our once-darkened hearts. The “tribes of the earth” shall mourn what they hear as those who are not focusing on things above (peace, love, joy, kindness, gentleness, etc) but only on their earthly wisdom (in envy, strife, contentions, etc) will not be able to receive His knowledge. They shall “mourn” His revealed knowledge as others will receive it…those “clouds of heaven” who will be focusing on things above. Those who are focusing on things above will be “caught up” in clouds of people (who are focusing on heavenly things) so to speak in what they hear.

Matthew 24:30-31 KJV
(30) And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

He sends out His messengers to gather His elect from the “four winds”….from EVERY WIND OF DOCTRINE that is being preached currently by carnally-minded men who are deceitfully handling the Word of God for their own unjust gain.

(31) And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

That flash of the rays of light (the “lightning”…the rising of the Light) is within our very own hearts and is the demonstration of the Spirit and of the power of God to us.

Those who speak as they are led by the Spirit do not “preach themselves” in their own authority but in the authority of the Christ Jesus the Lord and the evidence that this is His Son speaking to us is within our own hearts as God commanded the Light to shine out of darkness and the Light shines in our darkened hearts when we hear His voice speaking to us. We are to hear Him and not men who do not know what they are preaching. Let us not choose the wisdom of men over the wisdom of God.

2 Corinthians 4:5-7 KJV
(5) For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
(6) For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

That treasure is within our very own “earthen vessels” so that we may know that the excellency of the power is of God and not of those who preach.

(7) But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

It is the demonstration of the Spirit and of power…..the power of God…within us when we hear a person sent in His authority to speak His words in God’s wisdom.

1 Corinthians 2:4-16 KJV
(4) And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:

Our faith should not stand in the wisdom of men who have been “preaching” the Scriptures with their “enticing words” without understanding.

Our faith should not continue to stand fast in the “wisdom” of men but we are to take heed to the power of God being demonstrated within our hearts and believe in the Light within us so that we may become children of Light (perfect, complete).

(5) That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Those who are “perfect”…complete…will be able to hear the hidden wisdom of God. They will enter in to understand. Good works towards the hearing of His wisdom perfects our faith and we shall know the hidden wisdom that has been concealed from generations of men.

But the “princes of this world” or “age” will not have anything to do with it. They will not enter in as they will behave badly towards what they hear. The “prince of this world” is the man who loves to be first within the church whether it be preacher of church leader or our own selves as we see ourselves as “wise” and will not let go of our own thoughts and ways for His. That man will have nothing to do with Him and His knowledge as he will not “lose” his church life for the excellency of the knowledge of the Lord .

The “princes” love to be FIRST among men. They love to have the preeminence and will resist what they hear in favor of the wisdom of men and their “preaching” of the Bible in their various denominations of men. The “princes” (Greek: archon) will not receive the things of the Spirit of God for they are foolishness to them. They come to nothing as their end is destruction as they perish off this earth without understanding.

(6) Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:
(7) But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

NONE of the “princes of this age” know the hidden wisdom of God for if they really did know it, they would not crucify the Lord of GLORY. They crucify NOW the “Lord of Glory” who was dead and is already raised to glory at the right hand of God. this is a NOW THING: the crucifying of the Lord of Glory. The preachers of this world do not know the hidden wisdom of God and are ignorantly crucifying the Lord of Glory out of the lives of MULTITUDES.

(8) Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

It is the life of Jesus that is to be made manifest in our mortal flesh (the outer man) so that we may live His eternal life in this earth and not “die and go to heaven” as universally preached by those who are preaching the “wisdom of this world”. If we are dying, then we are perishing in our sins for the wages of sin is death.

If the “princes of the world” would know this hidden wisdom of God, then they would not crucify the Lord of Glory out of the lives of so many that they are deceitfully leading down the broad way to their destruction from this earth.

2 Corinthians 4:10-11 KJV
(10) Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
(11) For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

The “rulers”….the “princes of this world”…crucify the Lord of Glory whom God has already raised from the dead. God has already glorified His Son Jesus whom they are delivering up now as we speak as they are ignorantly preventing His life from ever appearing in the mortal flesh of anyone that they are “preaching” to in the “wisdom of men” and not in the wisdom of God through His Spirit.

Acts 3:12-17
(12) And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
(13) The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus, whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.

MANY are denying the Holy One and the Just and are desiring a “murderer” who is crucifying the Lord of Glory out of the lives of many that are being deceived and led astray. Many see themselves as “wise” and let a man exalt themselves over them….the “princes of this world” who are not preaching with the Spirit of God but in their own “wisdom”.

(14) But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;

We kill the “Prince of Life” when we choose to listen to the “prince of this world” as His life never manifests in our outer man which would make our “man” strong….our mortal body. The Lord of Glory....whom God has ALREADY raised from the dead...is being crucified out of the lives of many who choose to listen to their "prince of this world" who does not know the hidden wisdom of God. Let us "take up our cross" and follow Him who is raised from the dead.

(15) And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.
(16) And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

In IGNORANCE do we do this as do our “rulers”….the “princes of this world”.

(17) And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers.

By faith in Him……believing INTO Him…we shall not perish from this earth but have His eternal life in this world. God so loved this world that He gave His begotten Son so that whosoever shall believe INTO Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Our “man” shall be made strong with His life. This pertains to THIS WORLD and not about “dying and going to heaven” as preached by the “wisdom of men”.

John 3:14-17 KJV
(14) And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
(15) That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
(16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

MANY see themselves as “wise” and let the “prince of this world” come and bring them into their church bondage where they are taken advantage of and where the wisdom of God is not heard. These "princes" who love to be first are sensual men who do not preach with the Spirit of God for if they did, then they would not be crucifying the Lord of Glory out of the lives of those that are being deceived by them.

(19) For ye suffer fools gladly, seeing ye yourselves are wise.
(20) For ye suffer, if a man bring you into bondage, if a man devour you, if a man take of you, if a man exalt himself, if a man smite you on the face.

Woe unto those who are wise in their own eyes.

Here is wisdom…..MAN’S WISDOM (666). Many put their faith into man’s wisdom (666) as they so “wisely” go to church where “another Jesus” is being preached to them that they “wisely” in their own understanding receive. They see themselves as “wise” in doing so. They glory in men and their “wisdom” as they choose to listen to the "princes of this world" and not to the Prince of Life.

Revelation 13:18 KJV
(18) Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Many “count” (count = to pebble, to vote) in their own “understanding” for man’s earthly wisdom (666) and his version of Jesus, yet they crucify the life of Jesus (the Prince of Life….the Lord of Glory) out of their own lives by doing so. They listen to the “prince of this world” and his "another Jesus” that he is preaching.

The symbols in Revelation 13:18….Chi Xi Stigma represent the crucifying of the Lord of Glory when we receive the wisdom of men (of which the symbols add up to man’s number 666).

600 Chi = Christ
60 Xi = cross
6 Stigma = pierce

It is the “number of man” as men reckon up that 666 man’s wisdom (the preaching of the “princes of this world”) is preaching the genuine Jesus when they are not and are really crucifying (Chi Xi Stigma) the Lord of Glory by doing so.

The “number of man” (not the number of “A” man but man in general) is 666….the weight of the “glory of man” (think of the glory of Solomon who is the epitome of man’s wisdom) and many glorify man by listening to and receiving the authority of the “wisdom of men” who are not speaking with the wisdom of God.

The number of the beast is the symbols: Chi Xi Stigma (the crucifying of the Lord of Glory)
and it is also the number of man which is the number 666

When we so “wisely” in our own “understanding” receive the authority of the “wisdom of man” (666) who preaches without understanding the wisdom of God, then we are also receiving the number of the beast …crucifying (Chi Xi Stigma) the Lord of glory out of our own lives by doing so as His eternal life goes away and we perish in our mortal bodies from this earth. We glorify man and his wisdom.

Satan savors the things of men rather than the things of God. Let us not choose the things of men....his "glory"...his wisdom....over the things of God (His Glory and His wisdom).

Matthew 16:23 KJV
(23) But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

Let us not choose the "glory" of men but the glory of the Lord our God.

(9) And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

We have the clue that Revelation 13:18 is about “wisdom”: “Here is wisdom”.

It should have been translated as “the number of man” and not the “number of A man”.

There is no “a” in the Greek. It is the number of mankind….the wisdom of men….the weight of his temporal glory. We shouldn’t be looking for an individual man as this is about the number of mankind in general…..the wisdom of men.

There are two sides to this coin so to speak: the number 666 (the peculiar symbols in GREEK add up to this) and the symbols themselves (Chi Xi Stigma) that are used to add up the numbers.

The use of these symbols are peculiar in Greek for the numbering of 666. In other parts of the New Testament for example, “600” in Greek is “hexakosioi”, 60 is in Greek “hexēkonta”….. 6 is “hex”.

Looking at the symbols themselves….they stand for the crucifying of the Lord… Chi = Christ, Xi = cross, Stigma = pierced.

Those who are relying on their own understanding “vote” (count) to receive the wisdom/glory of men (666) who are preaching “another Jesus” (the “beast” that has the blasphemous name “Jesus” upon it when is it not the real Jesus) and are ignorantly crucifying the Lord of glory out of their own lives.

The symbols are not in Hebrew nor should they be transliterated into Hebrew for any purpose for John wrote what he saw and he saw Greek symbols and so we should stay in the Greek.

Revelation 13:18

When we receive the authority of the WISDOM OF MEN (666) as we receive the “princes of this world” who preach “another Jesus”, then we actively crucify (Chi Xi Stigma) the real Lord of glory from our own lives as His eternal life never appears in our mortal flesh…..and we perish with our “princes of this world” as their end is destruction.

We need to “take up our cross” and follow the real Jesus and not the “other Jesus” as being preached by all of the “princes of this age” who love to be first in their churches.

Satan uses his ministers that are preaching “another Jesus” to make sure the life of the Lord of glory never appears in this earth. The life of Jesus “goes away” from those who are glorying in man and the “Jesus” that he is preaching.

Those (in their own “understanding”) vote for man’s glory to receive (glorying in man) and the Lord of glory is really being crucified out of their own lives. Woe unto those who are wise in their own eyes and have understanding in their own sight.

MANY want their “Caesar” church leader to be king over them. They want a man (the “prince of this world”) to exalt themselves over them in their churches. They receive those who come in their own authority.

John 19:12-15 KJV
(12) And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar's friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar.

The ancient Greeks voted with pebbles. The place that is called the “Pavement” is where we vote so to speak to in our own minds…in our own understanding….to crucify the Lord of glory and go with the glory of man.

“Pavement” = “stones strewn”. “Gabbatha” = knoll…..where the pile of pebbles in the “VOTE” (count) are piling up for the “princes of this world” as many are doing this in the churches of men.

(13) When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.
(14) And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King!

The life of Jesus "goes away" when we choose to side with the "prince of this world" and the "Jesus" that he is preaching.

(15) But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.

The “weight of glory”. Man’s weight of glory (666) is temporal…but the glory of the Lord (the Lord of glory) is an “eternal weight of glory” that far exceeds that of man’s. Interestingly, “Glory” in Hebrew … “Kabad” means “to be heavy or make weighty,” and esteem in its figurative sense.

(13) We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
(14) Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.

We are looking for the eternal life of the real Jesus to appear in our outer man and we are to have faith in this. We do not see this yet but are to have faith in this so that when He appears (His life appears in our outer man), then we shall appear with Him in His eternal glory.

(18) While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

666 = the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year and represents the epitome of the earthly glory/wisdom of man. There was no one greater among earthly men than Solomon who was renowned among all men of the earth for his wisdom and riches.

1 Kings 10:14-15 KJV
(14) Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred threescore and six talents of gold,
(15) Beside that he had of the merchantmen, and of the traffick of the spice merchants, and of all the kings of Arabia, and of the governors of the country.

Solomon’s wisdom was the epitome of man’s wisdom as his wisdom exceeded all of the kings of the earth. ALL THE EARTH sought Solomon to hear his wisdom.

1 Kings 10:23-25 KJV
(23) So king Solomon exceeded all the kings of the earth for riches and for wisdom.
(24) And all the earth sought to Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart..

1 Kings 4:34 KJV
(34) And there came of all people to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, which had heard of his wisdom.

Man’s earthly wisdom/ weight of man’s glory = 666. the epitome of man's temporal wisdom and glory.

The Lord’s eternal wisdom and glory far exceed man’s.

Yet, many go to the “princes of this world” to hear their “earthly wisdom” as they preach “another Jesus” and they perish….they come to nothing as their end is destruction from this earth.

Many receive those “princes of the world” who come in their own authority (name) and not the Lord’s. How can those who do receive them believe which receive “honor” (that is, GLORY…Greek: doxa) of another?

(43) I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
(44) How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?

Good to hear from you. I know you have spent a lot of time on 666/616.

According to Wikipedia most manuscripts have 666 while just one of the earliest gives the number 616:

“While 666 is called the "number of the beast" in most manuscripts of Revelation 13:18,[1] a fragment of the earliest papyrus 115 gives the number as 616.”

I’m not sure on what to make of the number 616 but I’m not going to be too quick to totally disregard it.

That said, I’m inclined to keep it as 666 as that number certainly appears in the OT……such as the weight of gold that came to Solomon (the wisest man among earthly men ever) in one year:

1 Kings 10:14 KJV
(14) Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred threescore and six talents of gold,

Also, 666 was the number of the children of “Adonikam” (meaning: “Lord of rising”) that came out of the captivity of Babylon and came again unto Jerusalem and Judah:

For me, 666= the number of man....the number of man's wisdom (“Here is wisdom”).

I know many try to make it the number of "A" man such as "Nero" or other historical figures but it really does not make the Scriptures alive for us today.

The number of the beast (Chi Xi Stigma.....Christ crucified) = number of man's wisdom (666).

666 and Chi Xi Stigma are 2 sides to the same coin. As far as 666 meaning "Christ detached from piercing" could also be the DENYING of the power of the real resurrected Jesus so that they may receive the “other Jesus” that man’s wisdom is preaching.

The princes of this world in the wisdom of men (666) “crucify” the Lord of glory who is already been raised by God unto glory (the number of the beast is to crucify the Lord of glory: Chi (Christ) Xi (cross) Stigma (pierce)….or DENYING His power as His life gives us His eternal life in this earth if only we believe this.

(8) Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified (the number of the beast: Chi Xi Stigma Christ is crucified, His power is being denied) the Lord of glory.

We must “take up” our cross and follow Him for Jesus IS RISEN. If Jesus is indeed alive now, then we are to have His eternal life now in this earth.

We must overcome the number of the beast as Jesus is risen now. “Adonikam” = “Lord of rising”. The children of Adonikam signifies those who will overcome the number of the beast.

(13) The children of Adonikam, six hundred sixty and six.

Now if we are “dead” to sins with Christ, we are to believe that we shall also live with Him. We must believe in this power of Christ in our own mortal lives.

Romans 6:8-11 KJV
(8) Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:

It is the power of His resurrected life that is being denied among the churches of men who are preaching “another Jesus” in the wisdom of men (666).

We also shall not die as death shall have no dominion over us as it does not Him.

(9) Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
(10) For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
(11) Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
