No, and your question is inappropriate here, as we expect a higher standard of Bible knowledge from participants.
Just read Revelation 19 to 22 for your answer.

Who appointed you judge of all?
The church is the new Jerusalem, our mother! Gal 4:26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

True thank God for Repentance? Confess your sins etc. Do men have power to forgive your sins?
Jesus said this:

[3] "Take heed to yourselves; if your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him;
[4] and if he sins against you seven times in the day, and turns to you seven times, and says, `I repent,' you must forgive him." Luke 17:3-4 RSV

Yes in the Lord's prayer we are to forgive each other, but what about personal sins, do men have power to forgive them?

I was trying to make the point that we are required to forgive those that have repented, but not those who haven't.

I agree, maybe to simplify I will say that the apostles have the power to forgive the sins we commit against God!

I judge no-one, but I am allowed to say this is a forum for discussing Bible prophecy, not as above; heavenly Jerusalem, forgiveness and the Apostles!
Other forums here cater for these issues.

Are we in the new Jerusalem?
According to Hebrews 12, we are........

Hebrews 12:
18 For ye came not near to the mountain touched and scorched with fire
, and to blackness, and darkness, and tempest, [Revelation 8:8]
19 and a sound of a trumpet, and a voice of sayings, which those having heard did entreat that a word might not be added to them.......

Revelation 8:8
And the second messenger trumpets, and as it were a great mountain with fire burning [OC Mt Sinai?] was cast into the sea, and the third of the sea became blood, [Matthew 21:21/Hebrews 8:18]

22 But, ye came to Mount Zion, and to a City of the living God, to the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of messengers,
23 to the company and assembly of the first-born in heaven enrolled,
and to God the judge of all, and to spirits of righteous men made perfect,
24 and to a mediator of a new covenant — Jesus, and to blood of sprinkling, speaking better things than that of Abel!

I agree.
I like Galatians 4.

Anyway, I would think the scripture I quoted (Luke 17:3-4 RSV) suggests we do have the power to forgive, though it's in our best interests to do that if the person we would forgive has repented.
God sent Christ Jn 20, Christ sent Peter and the apostles, Mt 28:19, then Peter and the apostle make new apostles and send them. Acts 1
